I don't tend to check his vids because it's boring as fuck listening to him, I think I tried *one* video and that was enough to make me go "nope". I just checked this one hoping there'd be some funny raging out or something but nope.
Ok so his cardio is fine as he finally figured it out. Whats hilarious is him googling the best rep range for an exercise and still getting it wrong. 8-12 is one method and the other one is 6-10 with the last rep being complete failure. Nobody ever says 15, ever
Guarenteed he "googled it" like most reddit people "google it", vi sa vis, he just took what Google AI spat out as bonified information. With the amount he claims he has researched into this it does make one wonder if he is just relying on AI readouts or if he has got a source which he gets this all from, would be funny to find out what the source is IF it's not AI.

I will power level slightly with showing how pitiful his programming is. His only leg workout is leg press. I have an idea of what his leg press machine looks like and my accessory leg day (I do 2 days to avoid stick figure legs) has leg press in the program but its single leg. My single leg on the leg press is more weight than he is doing for his entire lower body. He has no movement for quad specific, hamstring specific, glute specific, or calf specific. Its just awful
Standing chest press? What the fuck is that supposed to be? Its not even like its the cable exercise that you can do with the standing because he mentions cable for the next one. Also, there is no "up the weight" point. All these sets and reps are completely retarded and he continues to be an idiot
I dunno man, sure it's not typical lolcow shit (Because most cows don't even dare approach a gym) but it's certainly a great inside to how his mind works.
I wonder if HE did that or if a troll did. I am inclined to say HE has done that for some reason since we haven't seen a lawsuit against spray paint companies or...some shit.
