I don't think he's capable of directly forcing her to be on stream but I do think he would be annoying and manipulative to the point that we would see her (if she was there). A picture of them together under the guise of "look how hard she's worked" or something like that, or him whining and begging enough to where she pops in just enough for us to see she's lost weight. I mean this is the guy that was the happiest I've ever seen him winning one round of Mario Kart against the trolls, getting wins over them is his whole life, and he always gets what he wants (or at least what he thinks he wants and doesn't take too much effort).
