I'm 2 years older than Phil and Pokemon was solidly after my age group. I played it later on emulators.

What's unusual with Phil is that he acts like "King of Retro" and wrestling fan from that late 90s era, when wrestling was at its most popular on TV, but he's obviously pretending. That's where the valedictorian history fits. Phil, or his parents, must have really focused on grades and he still regrets it.

Looks like a E33 repeat where support is hit easy but chat fucking dies and he gets upset about people not talking to him. He already asked people to stay and talk to him during gameplay multiple times.

Go spend time with ur wife man its fucking new years eve. Lol at the "email" he got shitting on his E33 gameplay being bad aka he watched a video about the best builds finally.

He is actually upset and not going to change his build lmao. Why even bring the "email" up?

Insane how he is actually still just avoiding the harder fights. Man it's been how many post game streams now? Go fight some shit. Zero support during gameplay so far and we have 1 beg segment already after getting $128 on the not a podcast.

You could say that his Ree-resurgence is going through some sort of... Shekel Shoah.

Well that just says it all, no?

So it took him 4 hours of streaming to make it to $151 that's not gotta look good.

You figure he likes to make a certain amount of money per hour to reach that 150 not goal. Ideally he wants it done before the gameplay even starts (so he doesn't HAVE to beg)

-dsp throws a semtex at a wall
-walks right next to it while shooting a dude
-dies
"oh cool I got the Semtex kill. Wait it says I killed myself with the Semtex?! How?"
Lads... First off. All that to kill one person. Is he insane? Second he always throws his... throwables in the most random of ways. CoD, Battlefield, Overwatch. I genuinely don't think he pays attention when he plays these games. Its just some slop for him to throw on

Pretty much to a t what dsp's gameplay is like.

I gave into Divorce Coin but am not giving into the fake tip theory cause I still don't think it makes sense for him to do so and with this new non goal system in place wouldn't he just hit the 150$ every single stream. I'm only willing to go as far as to say that he fakes the 5$ or 10$ tips to encourage people to donate or when he's super pissed off and it just comes in out of nowhere
Take into account what was said already about his war with the trolls, plus he was mostly fine with getting less than $150 before Kino Casino. He even said that he only really needs $50 a stream to stay afloat before that time. So while he says $150 is what he needs/expects now, there aren't any catastrophic consequences like being unable to pay muh billz if he fakes his way to $150, the only thing he has to lose is da trollz make fun of him.

The fake-tipping is just too obvious when he does it. He'll do currency conversions for 8 dollars and audit small membership bombs and tips from names he doesn't recognize in case of Argentinians or chargebacks.
Then he gets tipped $73 from anonymous with either no message, or the generic "Been watching for 15 years thanks for being such a pahsitive guy" "Started watching recently and the trolls are so wrong about you bro!" templates that those tips always come with and he doesn't bat an eye.

Assuming of course that he hasn't added on tons of credit/klarna/PayIn4/etc payments every month.

I am the same age as the Dent King. Pokemon was not popular until 1999-2000 we were upperclassmen in high school. Pokemon was seen as a kids thing not a high school thing that is why he never played any of the originals. He would of been made fun of MORE if he did. Its not rocket science that is why he avoided Pokemon until the young dents made him play it.
A high schooler playing Pokemon in school would have gotten his ass kicked

Phil claims he 'loves' Expedition 33, but I had the restream of it playing in the background today while I worked (because I hate myself) and I find myself marvelling at just how awful the stream was. Like this is actual waste-of-bandwidth stuff. Just a man with a lightbulb-shaped head staring silently at the screen while long, monotonous turn based battles play out in the game, occasionally letting out a goat laugh, saying 'okay' to himself while he checks for tips, or giving out a canned response-into-goat laugh combo to what happens in the game.

Zero insight into the gameplay, or the game world, or its characters, or even, in the unique case of Expedition 33, its use of music.

Lobotomized-style stream. And this is for a game he LIKES, and will very likely give GOTY to on his shitty little year-end awards show.

You might be onto something I already gave in on Kat not being their anymore so give it time and I'll give into this one too
