Do the doomers who were convinced the lockdowns would be comingback at the end of September feel retarded now? Remember this whenever a bullshit, "new variant" comes along instead of immediately panicking.

There were assholes back in August arguing with me that they would have cops beating people up for not wearing masks. Well guess what? No one cared like every other time.

The people running the show aren't retarded, they have all sorts of backup plans for every situation. If things were going worse for them, like maybe Russia started doing some real damage to their piggy bank state or they couldn't paper over the fucked up economy anymore, then they would've definitely brought back at the very least mask mandates and started spamming the headlines with the dangers of the "deadly new variant." That's how their playbook works. But the situation is still acceptable to them so they don't need to bring back the scamdemic.

Yet. Election year variant is still a big possibility.

Did you know in that time between the Alex Jones leak and now they made up another new variant at the beginning of Steptember? Color me optimistic, but I think people are over it and don't care anymore.

Was I wrong? Did the lockdowns comeback? It sure doesn't look that way inspite of the doomer's bizarre fascination with bringing them back.

They tested the waters, repeatedly, and when us "doomers" sounded the alarm and prompted the entire public to go full Piranha on them for trying it, they backed off.. for now.
(at least MOSTLY: universities and certain school districts have not yet gotten the clue and are still trying to mandate vax and mask)

I don't think posting on a niche gossip forum(which is vilified on the MSM) or 4Chan got very much mainstream attention, it's actually kinda retarded to think that. The first two or three new variants/vaccines people did fall for it. But after that people just caught on because the FDC tried to bring back the lockdowns nearly a dozen times.

Now if people want to wear masks or get the Vax by choice then go for it(which is why there are some people still bothering with them) I don't care. But they're never going to bring the lockdowns back.

Well, if you read my post you would have seen that I was referring to people on this site not you specifically. I thought that was obvious, but apparently not. Nowhere in my post was I assuming you did anything, frankly I don't care do whatever you want. I thought it was dumb to think people posting on a niche subforum would somehow get normies to grow a spine when people simply caught onto the pattern on their own. It's funny because if anything shouldn't you agree with me that no one cares about Covid anymore and that everyone should just move on?

Also isn't the fact that I believe the "new" variants are bullshit and people should ignore them the opposite of an npc?(I never believed this bullshit from the start and have never had the vax by the way.) People always say that about me here, I think I'm just a realist and I recognize that the US is in for bad times. It just doesn't do any good to worry about things that aren't really a problem anymore. There are plenty of real problems to worry about right now and Covid certainly isn't one of them.

  • They were pushing a narrative consistently about a new COVID variant and the need to get an updated booster
  • Several colleges, hospitals, and corporations were requiring masks to be worn again
  • Next year is an election year
So why was it unreasonable to suggest that they might be looking at bringing lockdowns back? I've seen it brought up as a topic but I have not seen one person claim that there would be lockdowns at the end of September.

The Alex Jones leaks were saying the lockdowns would be comingback in September and everyone believed it. this was the 11th fucking time there was a "new" variant and they tried and failed the other 10 times. Why does it even matter
The government is evil and does evil things. Its a very logical conclusion to come to that the likelihood there are lockdowns again is high. You are arguing about things you have made up in your head
