Man, Betonhaus, there is an entire list of questions we have to get to before we get to the morality of the aliens in question:
  1. Do they even recognize us as intelligent life or do they not care?
  2. Can they communicate with us? Are our languages too bizarre for them or vise versa?
  3. Can they even be on earth or is it inhospitable to them, so they can't set foot because of gravity or oxygen problems?
  4. Would they even try to contact humans instead of something like dolphins or other intelligent creatures?
  5. Would they have the same morality as us? Would killing be their go-to solution for everything or are they the type to try and reform or even genetically alter populations? Maybe THEY want jeet-jigaboo slaves?
  6. Would they fucking care how we act as long as we both mutually agreed not to blow each other up?
  7. Would they like any of the groups you listed better because their morality is aligned with them?
And most importantly, why are you assuming aliens are like this:

Every alien race would have gone through the same evolutionary cycle of getting rid of anything detrimental to its survival. Would you want a subhuman in charge of the environmental systems for your spaceship/space station or would you want someone competent and honest who won't cheap out on the systems responsible for keeping people alive? All species would encounter the same situation where they would want to only have competent people in charge otherwise everyone dies very quickly. There is literally no reason to keep subhumans around except as curiosities in zoos or travelling circuses, and even then they would be a persistent danger that wouldn't make continually breeding them worth it.

If a species becomes a space faring race on their own they will be learning hard lessons that subhumans are a persistent danger as just one is needed to dump carbon monoxide into the space station's atmosphere or drop an extinction level mass onto a planet - it could be due to them being idiots that can't read and pressed the wrong button, or they are covering up something illegal they did or are doing it as a tax write off. Measures would be needed to keep them far from any positions of importance and it is more economical to just remove them entirely. If an alien species dropped by to uplift humans without that cleansing having occured then you have a contagion of subhumans around at a time where humans have access to technology that would make it very easy for a few people in the wrong place to annihilate humanity or piss of an alien race that would complete the job or instigate a war.

It's possible that the aliens learned the hard way that any race that does not properly cleanse itself will end up being a problem that will have to be dealt with.
