I’m excited to see the wave of criticism of Toy Story 5 videos today

Since you've actually glad-handed with the industry, what are your thoughts on using AI to speed up the completion of inbetweens? I'm sure it would struggle with the nuances of speed and blurring, but puppet animated shows like Rick and Morty have been commercially successful, and afaik they don't even bother with those principles.the overseas outsourcing practically sweatshops in korea
Honestly fine with it, in between shots never looked good to begin with like in anime like those never pause naruto frames + the fact that you wouldn’t even know because ai gets better every year. Was never much a problem with me given I was with storyboardingSince you've actually glad-handed with the industry, what are your thoughts on using AI to speed up the completion of inbetweens? iirc Tenchi In Love would be stick figures with their hair crudely doodledat stickfigure with a name on it)
For as much as animatics are popular on YouTube, it'd be kind of fun to have a show that actually doesn't finish the animation and is all storyboards/roughs. Imagine going insanely all-out for ONE scene then everything else is literally just the boards. Talk about saving the budget for the action sequences!iirc Tenchi In Love would be stick figures with their hair crudely doodled
ngl I was on a HUUUUUUUUUGE storyboards kick for a long timeFor as much as animatics are popular on YouTube, it'd be kind of fun to have a show that actually doesn't finish the animation and is all storyboards/roughs. Where'd you find those? I saw some pencil tests for Akira on YouTube, it'd be cool to see more of the process (same for Evangelion).ngl I was on a HUUUUUUUUUGE storyboards kick for a long time
iirc I have the continuity scripts for Akira, Project A-Ko, the first volume of Eva tv storyboards, Tenchi in Love, a few Ghiblis
Akira's are fucking NUTS, Otomo basically draws a slightly-rough of the key frames
Eva was interesting to see how they were changing shots basically until broadcast, like the whole "shinji wakes up, then the fight" wasn't in the storyboards, Ghibli is what you'd expect, but there was a nice craftsman-getting-the-job-done aspect of "stick figure with twintails = sasami"
the Akira ones I got at a conWhere'd you find those? I saw some pencil tests for Akira on YouTube, it'd be cool to see more of the process (same for Evangelion).
Ah so that was what was left out of the post he was part of a group that tried to murder law enforcement.Ver archivo adjunto 9194358

I think defending a guy who was involved in a group that tried to murder police officers isn't a good look

It warms my heart knowing that 90% of these faggots are out of an industry job and most likely working at Starbucks 7 days a week to keep up with their SoCal rent.Same kind of people that bitch crime is legal because the epstien flub. “Oh don’t mind me let me just go out and attempt to kill cops they’re evil based on my cartoon!” “karmelo is innocent! We should be able to kill one guy?” The art community is full of people who never leave their homes, but you wish they did because then and only then will society get some good art out of it. “Art is suffering” after all
It was left out on purpose because these people actually support killing law enforcement. They're only mad because someone adjacent to their circle got caught in the #RightSide criminal activity.Ah so that was what was left out of the post he was part of a group that tried to murder law enforcement.
I call bullshit. Do you know how fucking hard it is to get prosecuted for cartoons in 2026 America? You pretty much have to draw a step-by-step outline of your plan to dome Trump for them to get you on it. I'm going to guess his "comics in his car" were more like "direct calls for violence."Ver archivo adjunto 9194358

Well that’s fine too, that’s gonna be the next season of southpark after all, it’s just as long as you don’t insult le wholesum goonerbait indie show that succeeds the prior (I hate both sides, but jeez, all this over competition?)I call bullshit.
