In America, you don't have to speak. They have the tests in Spanish and in Mexico, they don't. So I have to know a decent amount about Mexican history and be able to speak. I don't know about fluent, but close to fluent. Spanish, be able to answer the tests in Spanish. Now, you know, I don't know. There may be some who knows if there's an alternate tutorship available down here. I haven't looked into it, but it is also Mexico. But yeah, in America now, they'll just give you a good tune in your language.
We say, I mean, if they gave it to me in English, I'll just ace it. Because I already know a good bit about Mexican history. Then I just do like a fucking. There's this podcast series done by the same guy who did the history of Rome podcast series. I still haven't listened to about Mexican history and several books I'd like to read and one or two I've already read.
So I would just knock that out like a fucking grand slam and they just give me my fucking passport. But yeah, since is espanol. It's a little bit different. Yeah, that's just a Spanish history test. Excuse me, Mexican Spanish history test. Yeah, I'm coming in there and kicking in the door. But if it's in Spanish and. Now, it's more than doable. It ain't doable unless you put out a few hours every single day. I would think it would take six to eight months for it to pass it or, you know, maybe. Ralph thinking he has the ability to consistently do anything for 6-8 months is funnier than him thinking he could be close to fluent in that time. He's really so fucking stupid.

In hindsight Ralph would be the funniest possible way for this stuff to break containment, not only because he is finely attuned to the ironclad journalistic immunity involved, and not only because the international procedural obstacles that his insistence on never returning to the U.S. (for Xander or otherwise) would present for Kandyass County sweepers' attempts to do fuckall about his source, but especially because it was Nick's own misstep of antagonizing him that would have brought it about in the first place. Granted, nothing ever happens, but a guy can dream can't he?
Yeah that's what I thought too. But Ralph may actually be trying to get Mexican citizenship because that way they can't kick him out of the country And he could denounce his American citizenship, but he doesn't seem to understand that the US Government will not let him renounce his American citizenship unless any outstanding debts he may owe to the US government are paid in full. But I don't think he qualifies for citizenship yet because I believe you have to remain in a country for a period of 10 years. At least that is what is required to apply for citizenship in the USA, would need to look into how long do you have to be a resident of Mexico to qualify for citizenship.
He's been there 4 years folks and isn't fluent.
