Ralph's issue is he could lose his US passport due to not paying child support, so he probably wants to completely forsake the country his daddy gave him, so he can get a Mexican passport. The problem for Ralph is he's a smooth-brained retard he still doesn't even know Taco Bell Spanish.

I, I almost just don't wanna like, the only reason I haven't done that, I thought that like 3 or 4 times, I don't wanna, that's a good place, I got in an argument there with somebody one time it wasn't staff it was somebody eating there uhm it's a really good place and I, I dont', I dont wanna put heat on them these psychos who knows what they might do right? like, I....they've always been good to me even that time which wasn't my fault although kind of because I was, I wasnt in a dispute but I was...I don't speak Spanish very well obviously and I was trying to communicate and I was getting frustrated and this guy sa..he said what an American would say why don't you speak Spanish and I said a few things I shouldn't have said annnd you know there was no fight it was just like alright exit that's fine but uh great restaurant, they let me back in, I was shocked! I was like "you know they kicked me out of here right?" Yeah we know they said as long as you're cool no big deal and that's more than you can expect from most American joints soooo, y'know.

No he doesn’t. He had a purple retard American passport for awhile, because he kept losing it while drunk. Maybe he has a normal grown up US one now but he doesn’t have a Mexican one and won’t unless he becomes a citizen. You only get a passport from any country by being a legal citizen of said country.

I think Ralph is banking on his permanent residency allowing him to get a spic passport. Nope, he'll still need to get a US one, which will be a problem if he still has to pay child support and falls into arrears.

Actually a lot of things are starting to make sense now. His ramblings on learning enough Spanish to pass some test suggests he’s going for mexican citizenship instead of perm residency. Why? Google says one of the differences between citizenship and perm redidency is that citizenship allows you to get a mexican passport.
Citizenship goes a step further, granting you a Mexican passport, the right to vote in local and federal elections, and the ability to own property in restricted border or coastal zones without a bank trust

And why would he want a mexican passport? Maybe because a mexican passport couldn’t be cancelled for unpaid child support, so he could stop making payments with no passport worries?

He was probably referring to his little plastic residency card which is immensely proud of for some odd reason. The bar is so low for things to be proud of in his life that. Downgrading to a developing nation is Ralphamale brag worthy. Ralph couldn’t even afford West Memphis.

He only had his American passport for ID and the cops were giving him shit for it. Apparently they weren't even sure of his legal status.

He was only released after providing a Virginia address as place of residence, but maybe that was just to not dox himself.

But I don't think he qualifies for citizenship yet because I believe you have to remain in a country for a period of 10 years. At least that is what is required to apply for citizenship in the USA, would need to look into how long do you have to be a resident of Mexico to qualify for citizenship.
