Also 1) Rekieta supposedly warned Scarlett that Ralph raped Pantsu (per that fake SadNTrad account) when she first planned to meet up with him, which apparently wasn't a problem until Nick 2) was sliding into HIS BITCH's dm's during the relationship.
The only rational thing happening here is that he knows he can't dodge child support court forever and he hasn't paid anything to Faith since last year when she cancelled his visit with Xander. He'll never catch up on child support and knows it will fuck him up royally at some point, so he's going to offer Faith to give up any parental rights in exchange for no child support.
If she's smart, she'll reject it because Ralph will still never visit again anyway because he's now officially a deadbeat and it will fuck him over financially forever and prevent him from ever going to California.
