To those of you who don't think that Baldur's Gate 3 will be pozzed, I have something bad to tell you:

Pube has penetrated the gaming world and will lend his (fantastic) voice to an unspecified character in the upcoming CRPG Baldur's Gate 3. I am certain that the voice of Geralt is honored to work with such a great talent. This was announced in Larian's community update #22 which was released today.

Edit: Olly has confirmed this on his Twitter. Apparently, he will voice a "sexy demon". I pray to God that they did not base the model on him. Link to the Tweet.

That is right, Breadtubes Patrick Bateman and Contrapoints skinwalker Philosophy Tube will be voice acting in this game.

Yeah, I saw the community update. I will agree that this type of marketing, where you pick some eceleb fag or whatever other attention hungry cunt, is very irksome.
But I won't start raging until I see exactly the character and even then, I can always drop a greataxe in his fucking face.

The silver lining is that some of these eceleb fags may be portrayed in a rather funny and "controversial" manner. An example, of another tranny that been given some voice acting, is that it's character is "circus ringmaster/necromancer/drag queen". I don't know about you people, but casting a tranny in a circus freak role is kind of based, even if unintentional.

Everyone knew the game wouldn't escape a little molestation here and there, so all we can hope is that it's contained and maybe secretly based.
 
Also some no name from Rangz of Puwah and a drag queen from Rupaul.

So Toob will fit right in with his Choob.

Off topic but what is funny to me is that the tranny they picked is one that is being heavily astroturfed right now. Olly Boy has been getting all kinds of roles in entertainment recently ever since Dylan Mulvaney killed his career, more or less, with the Bud Light boycott. Funny how the powers that be didn't learn their lesson from any of that and instead double down on the tranny bullshit. Also, the words Philosophy Tube and sexy do not go well together and demons are supposed to be a perverted and despicable distortion of human ideals made manifest who despise creation, the acts of creation, despise all that is good and pure and live to corrupt and pervert that which is good, pure and wholesome. So the character fits a tranny.

why is everything going to shit again? we're back to the mid 90s. Shitty writing, shitty voice acting, shitty translations of foreign games. New for this decade, troons and the niggers they worship.

I watched Rangz of Powah and believe it or not, the nigger dwarfette was one of the better actors from that absolute sewage of a show. Make of that what you will.

Yeah, you have to look at this cynically. They pick eceleb niggers who either have a large following or are up-and-coming media darlings and they throw some irrelevant role in the hope that their audience may buy this game just for that. I absolutely detest this practice but it is what it is with marketing whores.
On the flip side, I expect many and popular video compilations of people killing these characters. And I expect the journo sluts to seethe and mald like they did with RDR2 and the feminist getting fed to alligators.
 
I got no idea who is who in rangz of puwah. It was peak niggercattle tv and I didn't give enough fucks about all the womenchildren and soyboys in it.

Game devs hiring some e-celeb/influencer is them desperately trying to to appeal and pander to Zoomers. I don't know if you guys know this but, according to studies, Zoomers aren't as big of gamers as Millennials are. With the current crop of games that have been released the past few years in the AAA industry it is hard not to see why. I mean, how many Zoomers are excited for Baldur's Gate 3 in all honesty? It is a game series remembered fondly by Gen X and Millennials. Zoomers couldn't tell you a thing about it as the series, to them, is outdated. Larian and WotC know this which is why they are looking for e-celebs and influencers who are popular with the Zoomer crowd it hopes of appealing to them.

Zoomers play mobile shit and AAA shooters. They do play games just not PC RPGs based on Tabletop games.
 
They did AI pitch shift the tranny for Hogwarts Legacy so give it a few days and someone will just mod that shit out. Maybe someone here will just give some of 'em the Josh AI treatment.
 
Not to overly interrupt the negativity here, but if you've preordered the game to get early access: I haven't played anything more than the tutorial, but I would recommend doing at least that, especially if you've played DoS2.

Gameplay is very different. Surfaces are much less of a thing, but movement is also important. Early on I felt at a huge disadvantage trying melee while my fiance used magic/ranged. However learning when to dash/jump actually makes you really mobile, Plus you can do shit like, climb a hill or something that an enemy just got killed on, use the "Throw" action to pick up the dead body (If you've got enough STR to do so) and then hurl it at an enemy so that even if you're out of range you still have stuff to do.

I was actually surprised how very different it felt moment to moment to Divinity. Also I did do about 10-15 minutes outside the tutorial. Asterion is much more likable than I thought he'd be. I was expecting extremely gay twink vampire boi vibes, but actually he just comes across as a super arrogant noble which is good.

Thinking this might actually be a lot better than the premarket shit let on.
 
I am honestly not having much trouble with Twilight Twink. The most annoying one by far is the frog chick.

Shadowheart feels like a discount Cameilla from WoTR, just less crazy and psycho. She doesn't seem overtly bitchy to me, if we consider she has to worry about turning into Cthulhu's sloppy seconds.
The wizard is extremely basic wizard... basically flavourless generic wizard.

Haven't tested out the cotton picker yet.
