Chocolate milk made with cocoa powder is cheaper and tastes better than using stuff like Nesquik.

I love it. It's one of the only sweets I enjoy anymore. See if you can't find chocolate milk from a local farm at a smaller grocer, like the kind that comes in those big thick glass bottles. Or Promised Land brand, that's good too.

Yeah, the ready-made stuff is nauseatingly sweet. I never liked that even in elementary school. If you mix it half-and-half with plain milk you can get it to the point of drinkability. A custom dose of hershey's syrup in milk is amazing though. Personally I like to add just a dab of syrup to my protein shakes

I love NileRed's chocolate milk story. He heard about the GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) meme from body building/weightlifting forums and he did it with chocolate milk instead and gained 21 pounds in a few weeks. He ended up giving himself a milk allergy. The whole story is ridiculous, starts at around the 15:00 mark, following him admitting to drinking a gallon of sweet tea prior to starting the chocolate milk
