The other funny bit about it is that now the autism activist community has turned against ABA therapy. They dislike it specifically because it rewards masking , and can be infantilizing in a "Be good (ie, act "normal", not autistc), and you get a sticker, and if you get 3 stickers, you get a cookie!" kind of way.
The most militant professionally disabled types go a step farther, and say it's a misguided attempt to "pathlologize and treat autistic coping skills", "erase autistic identities", and try to change autistic people instead of celebrating their differences.
Even casting the SJW bullshit aside, Andy's definition of "autism" has nothing to do with Autism. His view is that his " autism dinosis" is nothing more than an endorsement by authority and means of funding his ABDL fetish. He just wants to be treated like a toddler, and autism was the excuse he settled on.

So at that point in time he called it autistic "Stimming", he's also referred to it as a "Tic" like what those with Tourette's Syndrome have. However in recent years this has shifted and you'll now see him claim it's his "Motor control and coordination, balance control, proprioceptive and vestibular issues, mobility issues, etc." whatever variation it is it's all bullshit. Andy can walk perfectly fine and has a completely typical gait, there are zero identifiers of any type of balancing issues, he can walk up and down stairs fine he doesn't need to see his feet like he claims, he can carries things while on the stairs.
It's probably several pages back by now, but there's an older post of mine where I break down all of the weird movements and rocking that's he's doing in one of his videos down to the minute and explain what he's actually trying to mimic versus what he actually claims.

Two reasons:
1. Amby does not need a guardian, so no court will appoint him one, no matter who petitions. He's schizoaffective and has a low IQ, but he's still lucid enough to be mentally competent. Guardianship is a last resort for like, stroke/TBI victims or profoundly disabled adults.
2. Even if some judge did grant it, Tawm would now be responsible for everything Amby does. Amdy "elopes", shoves Tawm down, causes a car accident when it swerves around him crossing da stweet, kicks in the plate glass door at the Circle K cause he had a sensory ishoo, and shits on the floor of the police station?
Now all of that is Tawm's fault, and he's staring down the barrel of 12-15 negligence/ gross negligence charges.
He actually was diagnosed with Tourette's as a child, and tried to use it to get OPWDD services.
It didn't work because it was determined to never have been functionally debilitating, and actually mostly resolved with the onset of adulthood.
Andy only started using this jargon when Google and Microsoft introduced AI searches.

Andy does not want a guardian, even if he thinks he does. A guardian will make decisions for him, doesn't necessarily have to take Andy's preferences into consideration if the guardian deems them not to be in Andy's best interests. A guardian is answerable mainly to the court. Andy may think he's getting a puppet on a string who will do his bidding, but nothing could be further from the truth.

I hate when he says 'run away'. I know why he does it but it still grates. When you're over 18 it's not running away, it's leaving. Plus this fat fuck couldn't run across his room, let alone away from anything.
It's spent hours dealing with Andy. It'll skip straight past stroke and right into cyber suicide.
I hope Andrew has lost his hewp. He neither requires or merits assistance from anybody. If he keeps being a problem I can see him being arrested fairly soon on something like abuse of 911, disorderly conduct or trespass after warning for parking his fat ass on someone's front lawn again.

If it comes down to it, the guardian MUST make the decision that is in Andy's best interests even if it is against their wishes. That's the case for guardianship; those that need it can't make good decisions. Amdy just wants to get others in trouble.
If I were Amdy's guardian, the first thing I would do is take away all of his devices, and sieze his accounts. He can have access to pre-approved media, but nothing connected to the internet, and no phone.
Then, I'd have him taken off all his medications, and start being properly treated for schizoaffective disorder, hidradenitis suppurativa, and diabetes.
No more diapers. Use the toilet, or you get catheterized and bagged, and restrained so you can't pull them out.
And when you come back a couple hours later, it's called going out.
