This pretty much, one of the members from one of my favorite bands did a MtF transition and at first he sounded like a man but slowly has been able to train his voice to sound female
 
See now if it was a person I liked more like CWC I'd be concerned they were snipping bits off but since this is ADF go for it dude. :D

there is no way in hell, even in a cesspool of ultra liberal doctors, that he would already have a date for surgery. no fucking way. he would have no time frame-- shit, even for terminal or seriously ill patients, there's a certain amount of insurance hoop jumping to do in order to get approved by insurance AND mental health professionals AND a rigorous physical exam

i mean, even less the 'lol' factor, there's no fucking way he could know for sure that he will be able to have a very invasive procedure like this
 
Having considered the issues of a) cost and b) evidence of psychological appropriateness for surgery, I conclude ADF's plan is to turn himself in to the nearest animal shelter (perhaps as an unusually large bulldog cross with severe mange) and wait for them to give him the customary castration.

Idk how it works in California, in Oregon it depends on the surgeon. The wpath standards of care dictate that you have a relationship with two therapists for 3 months and get letters from those two therapist stating that you are mentally well enough for surgery.
