No thanks. I am willing to bet that Dr. Malpractice/incompetent used Staples instead of sutures to tac Phil bowel and and inverted microdick back into him. Now he either did this because he's incompetent, or he did it because Phil was being a pain in his ass/being a rude, selfish fuck making demands hours before the surgery.

I'm honestly starting to think that Dr Dugi is both a incompetent doctor, as well as a gigantic push over who allows patients like Phil to walk all over him. I think any competent doctor would take one look at Phil, see that he's not trying to pass as a woman, and immeadiatly deny him the surgery, and instead, refer him to a psychologist for a mental evaluation to get the help he needs.

As you can see, while these are all crimes against decency and sanity, they atleast look halfway vagina-esque and dont appear like red raw beef tartare flecked with pus. However I am aware that these are likely long term after images and thus not necessarily relevent to the stinking maw of hate between phil's legs at the moment.

Now after searching for 10 minutes on google images for post op trans vaginoplasty pictures I can conclude......that you fucking niggers dont deserve me doing this service for you, but in the name of kiwi science and truth I pressed on, eventually finding this page with some examples of post op troonginas in the timeframe relevent to us.

While the niggerness of the specimen pictured means that a perfect comparison is impossible, what is very evident is that there is now bulging mass of flayed and infected looking meat between their legs. aside from the unholyu fucking monster clit it actually looks halfway vagina like.

Long story short, while I cannot say this with 100% surity, it seems almost certain that phil's stink ditch should NOT be looking like raw meat at this point in the post-op process unless something has gone very wrong.

Now im going to drink bourbon until i cannot think or feel anything anymore

Your right in your conclusions that Phil's should not be looking like that so long after the fact, I dated a Transwoman for long time and I saw her during the recovery process and it looked drastically different and trust me something has gone wrong not catastrophically but enough that the healing process has been interrupted. There is also a case to be made of "Quality of materials" If you look at the inside of Phils leg's and groin before and post op his skin and surrounding tissue isn't exactly healthy, and there are other general health issues that should have (but didn't) precluded him from this kind of surgery, so we are seeing the ugly results of a "Meh" job using "SoSo materials" and a bad frame.

Now here is the thing, that's not helping matters Phil's back to "normal" very quickly, back when my Ex had the operation 12 years ago the recovery guides said nothing tight or restrictive around the surgical area for 3 to 6 months, this included cloathing like underwear, now Phil is roughly half way through that and we already have a picture of himself in a Leather Chastity belt, do you think he's not wearing other tight cloathing? now I admit here I could be wrong but I can't see the medical guidance changing that much where it's "Do whatever the fuck you want"

Ontop of that as I said Phil's tissues where not exactly perfectly healthy to begin with, that's going to have a serious impact on post operative care, we all have our own little medical issues that has an effect on this sort of thing but if you look at the skin used alone it's not fresh an supple it's thicker and harder that skin is more likely to heal with ugly tick scars than the latter, and it's also the kind less likely to heel uniformly. I mean look at your hands if you work with them often you can often pick out little scars or dings that are non issues but they are there and then look at another area of your body where you have had a cut those scars take longer to pick out because it's heald better as they tend to be more sheltered from the environment. Phil's own body had worked against him here as he is naturally short an dumpy with a odd gait leading to a lot of abrasion that hasn't been helped by obesity just the act of rubbing the tissue together over time will cause it to harden and thicken, it's not exactly a scar but it's close and has a similar impact on healing and the quality of the tissue to work with.

This is evidenced in your Top Photos and your second set, if you look the top are normal BMI (I'm not a great believer in BMI other than as a general guide) and the others are over the BMI guidelines, or at the very least carry weight in a unfortunate place leading to an impediment in the healing and appearance of the final result. There is a lot to be said for Surgical skill as well, but also the cost associated with it, about 8 years ago in the Lancett there was a study of reconstructive Surgical techniques for scrotal injury and there was a bit about how in natal males the cosmetic process wasn't much use as a starting point for total reconstruction however the starting point to people recovering from a double mastectomy was because they have to generate new tissue quite often or harvest it from other parts of the body, mostly being the back or abdominal area and not the thigh.

First of all, welcome to the ADF subforum. Secondly, I think you should read through the FAQ page and the page that describes Phil 5 stages of stress, both of which were written by @Ravenor. As for Phil sueing Dr Dugi. Please do not give him ideas. This is a man who has the IQ of sub 60-70, and the intellegence goldfish and sometimes a fucking brick. Phil wouldn't know or understand the first thing of sueing someone, let alone a doctor. You see, Phil likes to pretend t he is smart, he likes to pretend that he is current with world news, when in reality, the only thing he is doing is parroting other people's posts off Facebook, sometimes he quotes the person, other times he rips it directly from their page. If you were to question Phil about anything g he is interested in, and tell him to give you a answer in his own words, well, let's just say you would end up sitting there watching his stammer, and squirm trying to provide a answer. I forgot what page it's on, but back during the #occupy movements, Phil was asked why he feels america should welcome and comform to the communist party, and let's just say Phil ended up embarrassing himself so bad, someone else had to provide the answer for him. Phil also likes to watch onto certain things, such as anime, cosplay, and especially bondage, to the point where he will end up wearing his gear out into public. There's alot more entertaining information about Phil on this subforum so my suggestion to you is to pull up a chair, grab a beer or smoke, and prepair to laugh your ass off at Phil's expense.

And he managed to fake disability by scamming a bunch of doctors so he's actually reasonably adept at getting the government money machine to spit gibs at him.
 
Lmao well weird he's not dilating in this one. Aren't you supposed to do it for like 90% of your day when first starting out?

Also, whoever performed that surgery should not be qualified to do sexual reassignment procedures. I've seen some pretty grody results of SRS but that's a contender for the worst.
