Surgery[15 July 18] Phil's Pseudovagina, 7 weeks post-op
I used to be really big into UFOlogy and space aliens and shit. I've seen a lot of photos claiming to be cattle mutilated by ETs. Some were just dead cows that had obviously be set upon by coyotes and carrion birds, but there were some that were very strange and the animals had clean incisions where it looked like anus was cored out surgically and other parts of the body were sliced away with lasers, yet no blood could be found on or around the animals. This reminds me of those photos, only moist...and a lot grodier...and the animal isn't dead (yet). I still can't feature how Philthy thought this was a good idea, but then when has Phil done anything that could be classified as a good idea (see: tattoos, diet, hygiene, fashion, etc.)?

I'm unsure if intertrigo can spread to cause a yeast infection in a neo-vagina but if the conditions are right to get it on the thighs and thigh folds, there's no reason a vaginal yeast infection couldn't pop up alongside intertrigo in the groin area. His vagina is made from intestine, and candida overgrowth in the colon happens. (ETA: Actually, Phil did not get his neo-vagina made from colon but an inverted dick can develop a yeast infection, so, yeah...)
But it sure can spread onto most of the vulva and would interfere with the healing process. You have to have nerves of steel not to want to scratch a condition very similar to jock itch when it reaches your genitals. One would hope that upon experiencing these symptoms Phil would go to a doctor or at least look up how to treat a yeast infection but I don't know how he could tell if he had one because he has no experience having a vagina. He may think the itching and discharge are common post-surgical problems.
God this is so fucking gross. But on the upside, I bet Toren's miserable dealing with Phil's various odors.

Are post op trannies supposed to wear pantyliners for cleanliness? It would certainly help with the hygiene. But from what I've read about Phil he doesn't seem to have any sort of concept of that at all and looks like a filthy potato.

Continuing my "lets analyse the fucking stink ditch in intricate detail and compare against previous pics because I hate myself" series, I decided to look for pictures of what could be conisdered a "standard" 7 weeks post op troongina/vaginoplasty
Ok here are some examples of the "ideal" tranny cooch you will find on various webzones advertising the surgery.
As you can see, while these are all crimes against decency and sanity, they atleast look halfway vagina-esque and dont appear like red raw beef tartare flecked with pus. However I am aware that these are likely long term after images and thus not necessarily relevent to the stinking maw of hate between phil's legs at the moment.

While the niggerness of the specimen pictured means that a perfect comparison is impossible, what is very evident is that there is now bulging mass of flayed and infected looking meat between their legs. aside from the unholyu fucking monster clit it actually looks halfway vagina like.

Long story short, while I cannot say this with 100% surity, it seems almost certain that phil's stink ditch should NOT be looking like raw meat at this point in the post-op process unless something has gone very wrong.
