was this before or after we wondered why she doesn't watch his streams
when phil mentioned she watches that youtuber

After. Agreed it's likely a lie. The way he shoehorned that extra new lore between a bunch of pity-bait was random af, and the added extra words he put in her mouth. "Man, your chat is out of control! And I'm like, I know Khet, but I don't have time to do anything about it. I have to play the game. What can I do?" lol yeah ok sure.

it seems more frequent that DSP acknowledges things almost exclusively mentioned on the farms

That's hilarious. There's old ladies in my neighborhood that do that daily.

Aw come on, it's a legit beginner workout d00d. See that's the problem with haters. They say Phil needs to get in shape (when he's already in shape you dumbfucks) but then when he tries to improve himself people shit on him even more. Ya'll are lucky you're behind a monitor and this isn't real life, otherwise Phil would pimp slap the shit out of you talking like that about him.

He hired an attorney to fight them? Why lol
I don’t think he fought it, but he did pay a tax lawyer $1000 to add his gross incomes from 2014, 2015, and 2016 and multiply by 1.5%. His tax liability for those years was $5000 total.
Unless he paid the lawyer to argue “it’s not a business, he never called it a business.”

He hired an attorney to fight them? Why lol
Because he didn't think he should have to pay penalties and interest because he didn't know he owed the tax and a lawyer conned him into believe he could get the Department of Revenue to waive them.
because he thought donations wern't taxable
This is a meme that comes up once in a while and DSP has never once implied or said this.

Like typical Phil fashion, he has spoiled himself with the new Jedi game. Blantantly stops and looks around and low and behold, a secret area or wall! He seemingly knows how to do the puzzle perfectly(though not the toughest, but this is Phil), and seems to know where to go while not even glancing at the map one bit. Not to mention enemy ambushes appearing with him fixated ready to fight.

All doing this with his amazing acting skills of a clown.

He watches playthroughs before playing games, or at least lumps of them before streaming. It was really really obvious with that duck game for instance, but he acted like he didn't know.

Even the frog fight on the star wars game showed that he knew it could be beaten, most people would not of tried to fight that on a stream when the monster did so much damage unless they know it can be beaten with some practice as he did.

It's understandable because messing around or 2 hours not knowing what do to would kill the stream but still, he doesn't do blind playthroughs.

Wouldn't be an issue if he came out with saying he saw some gameplay ahead and what not to not kill the momentum of a stream, but this dude will outright pull out his sub-par acting skills like it's his first rodeo. He's very afraid of being a lost puppy in these games. Notice how most games he will say "I don't know where to go/what do I do?" then stare at stream chat forever. Doesn't happen here at all.

His ego won't allow looking like a complete shitter on stream so he tries to clown his way through like he's some gamer god with insane intuition. He is doing everything he can to prevent more TIHYDP material since he already started off being boring as fuck, being handheld/reading guides/looking up playthroughs, and disabling comments.

Is it interesting that he has played multiple Pokemon games before but will then try to fight a water Pokemon with his fire one? What!? It did no damage!

At the same time he goes into the first town and says, "I heard there are secret items in these bushes".

He's definitely getting pre gameplay information and tips but also must act like a clown to preserve the facade of "raw gameplay with genuine reactions"

My favorite quote from yesterdays Pokemon stream is easily "What's strong against Air Pokemahn? Water, right?"
waits for chat to correct him
waits for chat to correct him
waits for chat to correct him

"NOooO? Rock and Thunder?!" *Leans back and eyes chat*
"Rock Thunder and Ice huh?"
I don't buy that shit that Phil's IQ is supposed to be average. He's got some sort of learning disability at the very least, and if anything - he's suffering from his selective memory.

All of his playthroughs essentially became "Twitch Plays X", and it's hilarious to see people being serious about holding a 37 year old gamer's hand.

Like I say, it's either Alzheimer's or his drinking has impaired his memory.

Not saying you're entirely wrong. Also could be that it's all a small part of his twitch acting by pretending to be ignorant to these things for "interaction" or to bait out tip/bits that give him answers that a 3rd grader could figure out.

Except that it's DSP and it only makes him more pathetic. You don't go from acting like a complete dumbass to a game like Pokemon then to switch over to a Jedi game/Death Stranding and breeze through parts with. what appears to be, no effort and little to no handholding.

A bit funny when he doesn't want to have his content be child friendly because he puts a no-no word in the commentary, but then acts like he's Dora the Explorer or doing another episode of Blue's Clues Video Game Edition.

Exactly and the only reason he has it is because he's had Learn a Word a Day calendar on his desk.for years.. absorb data and use it the way you want not the way it was intended to be used - that's the DSP way. He's pointed them out in videos back in the day. I'd say he maybe uses the app now but he never really updates anything until he's forced to so in this case unless the company went out of business then he probably still has one on his desk.

Raw, "Cold Turkey" playthrough style. Sounds a-gout right
