Some anti-Comicsgate spergs are starting to come out. Found the following ones to be entertaining.
First off, Seth Howard. Aspiring comic book creator who displays those pronouns. Likes to talk about eating semen and fecal matter. He has a Buffalo fetish, I think people like him are called Buffers.
Anyways - he has no career in comics, he wants to be in comics, so he virtue signals on Twitter. Classy.
Next, Kat. Feels like I should know this idiot but he's not in my notes. @UndeliveredCrowdfundMaste - you should connect with him and start a punctuality club. Maybe you can get together around floor clocks and circle jerk each other on the hour, every hour.
Kat says mainstream comics are better because they arrive on time. Von Klaus takes a moment to share some inspirational quotes that really make you think about what's important in this world.

I'm waiting for my copy of CyberFrog: Blood n' Honor. That's the name of the comic book right? It's made by the king of the alt-right comicsgate god emporer who has stolen all our money and used it to funnel coke and whores from the jersey shore.

You could have said he wrote Thump, or Black Hops instead or just as easily said nothing. It’s almost like you’re consciously trying to pull Mitch Breitweiser into the drama.

This would be consistent with everything else we know about PocketJacks.
In the first video I saw, he was complaining about @FROG not sharing his audience to help him raise $500 to start a comic.
$500 is an inconsequential figure. What PocketJacks actually covets is the audience, he needs attention in order to pursue a career as an independent creator. Since EVS would not invite him on to raise his profile, he sought confrontation instead. And he went out of his way to make EVS look like some petty parasite on the community.
Preston has grown his YouTube channel to 400 subscribers and his website appears 21 times total in Google's Search Index. Assuming his rate of growth quadruples through fistfights with fans, his audience will equal that of EVS' today by mid-2042.
What's ironic about Preston is his tone and delivery. He presents himself as a quasi-intellectual in his videos, almost like an alternative to the Jersey Boy vibe we get from EVS. This style contrasts sharply with the way he seeks opportunities for conflict as an independent creator, it's hard to present oneself as having a detached introspection and be a tough, passionate brawler at the same time. I get the sense he's deeply self-conscious and putting on an act because he's not too sure about himself. Nothing he says comes off as genuine and listening to his videos feels like a waste of time. By the time I hear his carefully constructed arguments, I realize the point he's trying to prove is petty and has nothing to do with greater issues I actually care about.
Also - he's literally giving away his Lilly White comic on his website. While hand outs are okay as a marketing strategy, that's really a way to build on an established audience. If Preston can afford the money to print and ship a comic for free, why does he need crowdfunding anyways? From a business standpoint - why do I want to give money for something that has no monetary value? That's just patronage to a creator, where's the business plan?
Unless that first issue is going to get me hooked - which it didn't - someone doesn't understand basic concepts about marketing or operating a business. Instead of an intellectual, he comes off as someone with a deep need for attention looking to find it in the comics industry. And those are the people who get their asses kicked in fights, i'd rather pay to see his face the day after than read his book.

I moved out of NJ back in 1997. Got married, lived in Florida, then North Carolina. Didn't like them. Got divorced in 2014, moved back to NJ in 2015 and got remarried to Andrea, who I knew growing up. The politics are fucked up here, but it still feels like home, lots of family.
We're shipping though. I've signed about 2500 copies, and they're all mailed, so I think this Friday they'll start showing up in mailboxes and on twitter. I hope you like it!

I know fan feedback means very little, but your detractors are playing you.
More specifically: the shittalk is their way of saying they can't compete with your success and don't see enough upside for being on your team. They are the stars of their own life stories and believe they deserve a piece. The cheap shots will continue until something changes.
This stuff hurts but celebrities have no friends so it's your fault for being a handsome devil. Mike is now your Jackie Martling and Edwin is a religious version of Artie Lange. They don't go away because most people only know them as part of your orbit. The only warmth they get is the rays of your sun.
Edwin talks about you getting people work because he (and Mike) secretly desire being paid for talking about Comicsgate. He talks about publishing houses because he sees a hierarchical business structure as the best means of making that happen. He is prodding you / YBZ to take some next step, even if it doesn't benefit him.
You had a really good year on YouTube with these guys as part of your show. That doesn't mean you have to do anything, and they've certainly taken actions that cost them your trust.
But maybe their angst presents an opportunity.
