No Phil, they didn't appear out of nowhere!

He def checked a guide. He's apparently really close to Lady Butterfly and he's stalling. He always does this in the souls games near a boss. "Oh let's go back talk to that guy".

DSP tries to flee from an enemy after a failed "stealth" approach and getting his ass handed to him.

Jumps into a ravine and dies.

It really looks like this will be his main approach to enemies/the game:

  • 1. try stealth
  • 2. fail at stealth
  • 3. try fighting
  • 4. fail at fighting
  • 5. flee
  • (6. fail at fleeing)
Couldn't he use the axe prosthetic on this dood?
He just beat the boar boss. He played super aggressive the whole time and I'm pretty sure he read a guide or watched a video.
I'm pretty certain he watched a video about it. Won't be surprised if he saw this thread and all the shit he got for having the reactions of a geriatric and is now actively reading guides to see the strategies he has to use.

There is no way he'll ever finish this game and I'm pretty certain it's intentional. For the last 10 minutes he's been trying to jump up a bridge where you're not supposed to go.
Dave will keep playing it like this, trying to grind up until he feels he's powerful enough. That can't really work though if he intends to farm normal mobs. Eventually he'll reach a boss or mini-boss that he has to fight to progress.

"Contributions" aren't good too, so he can blame his quit on a lack of interactions.

Think, "I like the game,It's really hard and I'm starting to go beast mode, but you guys aren't that interested, ahbviously, so, uhm, I won't be playing Sekiro anymore" series of excuses

This is like watching a shitty Breath of the Wild any% run. DSP is going to get to the final boss without actually killing a non sub-boss.

Getting real tired of all the magical precognition he has about characters' intents, mini-boss strategies that defy his typical play-style, etc. Totally legit, and none of it came from watching YT videos or reading guides.

I love how DSP keeps backing up against the wall and then blaming From Software for their 'shitty camera'. Where is the camera supposed to be when you back up against a wall? It's pretty translucent already.

I also love how DSP has literally no other strategy except rolling and chipping away at health bars.

Edit: DSP is absolutely salty right now. He keeps backing into corners and yelling because 'the camera keeps fucking him'.

"It sticks you against the wall."

DSP won't even take the blame for backing up against the wall or into corners. It's the game's fault.

Edit: DSP is pissed off because he actually had to kill enemies instead of letting their aggro run out on its own.

Double Edit: There have been several times where DSP has gotten rekt because he tries to heal immediately while the enemy is still attacking him.

It's now the room's fault he can't win. If it was a wide open room, DSP would have killed him first try.

Also, he keeps missing his opening cowardly aerial deathblow now.

Edit: Every boss is a stupid puzzle.

Double Edit: Game is boring him now.

Triple Edit: DSP is pissed off because chat wasn't holding his hand enough about the Dragonrot mechanic.

Also, DSP apparently forgot he has a left arm prosthetic, or oil, or anything except his sword.
