More like a hyperglycemia induced hallucinationThis dietitian is a fucking troll.
Exactly, we have been through this before. And you are 100% right this is what MFP recommended to her and she thought that was too much and went down to 2100 kcal and of course crashed. We know damn well she wont stick to and we also know better that she would never EVER listen to anyone telling her what to do. She's an adult remember?Wow, imagine that. Her dietician (random YouTube commenter DM'ing her) recommended she start with the exact same plan MFP has for her every time she uses it to track her calories. So essentially she's so excited she has dietician now because she's going to lose weight and everything's going to be different this time because she's going to be. . .doing the exact same thing she's tried multiple times already and proved even with a tracker app she consistently undercounts calories and will just give up in 3 days and go back to eating 5K to 6K calories per day.
This enthusiasm almost sounds like. . .some kind of. . .manic episode that we've seen her go through anytime she's tried to eat responsibly. Nahh, this is definitely some positive new leaf she's turned over and not just the same exact cycle towards an oversized casket she's been on for years, I'm too cynical.
She goes into the "grave detail" of the dietician stuff at 7:44.

- She is giving up her power over food, and giving her dietician complete control of her eating habits.
- Without going into "grave detail" (2nd time she says this phrase), her dietician has helped other people of her size.
- She says that a lot of people are going to be very angry with what she's about to say.
- The dietician wants her to eat between 2,500 and 3,000 calories per day.
- She doesn't want to hear it from "you guys," because these are orders straight from the dietician.
- She burns 2,800 calories per day just by sitting up. (lmao)
- As long as she is eating below that amount, she will lose weight.
- She is allowed to eat anything she wants, including daily fast food, as long as she stays in her calorie range.
- Her dietician wants her to "start small" by eating fast food 5-6 days per week, rather than every day of the week.
- She's going to stick to around 2,600 calories per day, "just to see how it feels."
- Her dietician told her that she will lose 2 pounds per week if she does this.
- She is "just, like, so excited."
It started with Koreans. They usually eat dinner with family, and young adults felt lonely eating dinner alone so thet started eating dinner with an internet chat. Larger meals got more views. Then Americans started doing it and turned it into a disgusting thing where obese people eat impossibly large quantities of food. So it's sort of a freak show. What is mukbang and why do people watch it?
This girl believes that she will loose weight eating whatever she pleases even if its not nutritious?!
In that case im going to start eating 2,600 calories of peanut m&ms everyday. Dont worry everyone its just 2,600 calories!
And if you're going to lose weight eating shit, take a multivitamin.I mean... Yeah that's how it works. Is it healthy? No. Would you still be hungry as fuck because it wouldn't be filling? Yep. Would you still lose weight? Sure, if you're fat enough that 2600 is a deficit.
Bad idea, but still possible to lose weight eating shit
The dietitian (if real) is giving her small goals to improve her eating. It's realistic, and then you add more small goals after the new changes are established habits. Small improvements are more doable, but it's also easier to erase all the progress made in a single day. I don't think she has enough discipline to reduce her fast food intake one day a week. She needs surgery to physically stop her from eating.
I feel violated by both of these pictures.
Becky legit looks like one of those hicks whose nickname is Bubba. Got the classic flannel going on and a fat as sin girlfriend. All she needs is seven missing teeth and a jar of moonshine, then she'll really be doing her state proud.
I don't recall who, but a comedienne was once in an interview and confessed that she hadn't really been paying attention to the questions she was asked because she knew there was a roll of quick bake cinnamon rolls with icing in her refrigerator and she could think of nothing else. I imagine that is how Amber experiences almost every conversation she has - unable to focus on anything except for the conversations wherein food and when/how/where to get food are the topics. You could tell her your mother died an hour ago and her first thought would be to wonder if the wake will have snacks. Tell her you're getting married and she'll wonder about the cake and catering options. Tell her the end of the world is at hand and she will wonder if the Taco Bell drive thru will still be open. Also, AL has said that she has SO much knowledge of dietricians and nireionosts because she has seen them and she has read every book. I laughed out loud when she said she saw a dieticians as a teen that she saw only a couple of times and she said they taught her 3 things, but could only list two. And they were dumb. Eat off of a blue plate and cut portions in half. I bet she wasn’t listening to all of the other things that the person said aside from that. She was probably preoccupied with what her next meal would be.
