Regarding the colon question, I have a thought. If I recall correctly, isn't the colon version of the procedure only used when there isn't enough flesh in the genitals for the normal procedure? Back when Phil claimed to have gotten an orchiectomy, people were pointing out that this was a bad idea and would necessitate GRS using colon tissue. So is it possible he just got his junk flipped in the normal way, and was claiming bowel prep (using OTC laxatives, etc.) to sustain the previous orchi lie? We all know he reads here, after all.

But then, that may be more thought than Phil is capable of putting into a situation.

At any rate, I suspect this is going to go badly for him. He may be capable of following a post-surgery care sheet, but he simply does not live in sanitary conditions and has a history of doing ill-thought-out things to stick it to the Internet. I don't think it'll be dilation that gets him--autistic pain tolerance is a thing, after all, and trench foot didn't seem to faze him. Still, it's ... it's gonna be bad.

Oh, it's disgusting all right. looks unhealed as fuck to me, if not full-on septic.

But like the subreddit mentioned above, once you've seen captured 'enemy' dealers beheaded by Mexican druglords and Snackbars blowing themselves up with defective RPGs while still crying 'allah ackbar!' on bestgore, a fucked up MTF surgery, especially to one who in no way deserves to have a working pseudovagina, really isn't all that bad.

I'm grossed out by that tranny stuff and babies. The videos of people being horrifically killed doesn't bother me.

At least when someone gets blown in half or ISIS flattens a guy with a tank, those dead people don't take selfies of their wounds.

The fact that Phil is proud of this makes it that much more terrifying.

:cryblood:

Phil did this to make us feel like losers. And, well, I don't know how I feel after seeing that, but it ain't like a winner. So... Semper Fi I guess Phil?
You're a winner just by virtue of not being Phil.

This is going to kill him, slowly or quickly. And he did it all to himself, with no help from us or anyone else. And he did it to himself for spite.

He'll die never realizing his greatest enemy wasn't KF, it was his own shitty personality.

With his substantial girth and that Lovecraftian abomination, it’s like he’s trying to become the brain big from Starship Troopers.

Now that I think about it, that movie featured Doogie Howser...surgery performed by Dr. Dugi...

does Phil lie there and think "I wish I hadn't done this"?

No. One of the quintessential lolcow traits is that they cannot critically analyse their own actions retrospectively, they just blame someone else and keep going. If Chris-chan himself could go back to the date of uploading his Future Message and have a second chance, he'd still hit that "Upload" button and it'd all happen again with a different set of names and dates, and still end up convinced that he did everything right and it was the rest of the world conspiring to slow him down. Phil is the same. From uploading those Naruto cosplay photos, to adopting an "ethnic" identity and becoming a homeless tranarchist in a patchwork jacket, to covering most of his body in bicycle propaganda tattoos, Phil believes he's done everything correctly and it's outside forces that have made it anything less than exactly how he intended.

Phil is going to die on the operating table with a half-complete "solidaridad con lesbianas bicicleta hispanos" on his stomach because his intestines started falling out of his crotch-wound while it was being done, and his final thought will be "the Kiwis did this".

Transgenderism may not be a mental illness, but it seems a lot of transgenders are mentally ill.

Too much to be a mere coincidence.
I don't understand why it being considered a mental illness is a bad thing. You can get things covered and develop better services for accommodation.

Identifying is just that, it's not being.

Phil's Pit of Phail and Philth.

Because SJWs and troons are obsessed with identity politics and normalizing transgenderism. By saying that being trans is a mental illness it would mean it isn't "normal" and somehow wrong. That it's a disease to be treated. It would also mean that their political oppoents can use the fact that their side is full of insane people against them. They can't allow that, so they attack and silence anyone who dares say being trans is anything but normal and beautiful.

You know who wouldn't have let this happen? ISIS. Fuck it, I'm joining ISIS, my posting gimmick has become sincere.

The hilarious thing is, this is the same crowd that scream about how no-one should be embarrassed about being mentally ill, that it's an illness like any physical illness, 'one in four' etc. Yet the minute you diagnose their favourite roleplay as mental illness it's all REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
