I assume it's like when I had to drain and tend to an absess one of my pets had. I had to keep it opened to flush it out, and then eventually let it heal itself as per the vets instructions.

It didn't take that long to close and all of the hair grew back. I guess that's what will happen to ADF.

Part of it is that the image quality of the photo is just shitty enough to leave a lot up to your overactive imagination. At least with Chris's taint piercing photos, it was pretty clear what we were looking at. With this, there's just a gaping abyss inside of which any number of horrifying things could be going on.

It's one of the reasons you have to be considered competent enough to understand the gravity of the situation and why Phil should be considered ineligible for such an operation, to begin with just going off his medical history, and I would say his appearance as Phil is incapable of keeping clean for any period of time.

That's why I am wondering about the ethics involved in this and how he managed to for lack of a better term pull this off with a doctor who on the face of it seems to be on the up and up in that regard.

I doubt he will, because that would be admitting that the thing he did to spite us, that he’s been going on about for half a year, that he’s been building up to for about a decade, was in fact a bad idea. His ego wouldn’t allow it.
 
Even clean and healthy transgenders have hard time keeping their gashing unclits clean, not rotting, and healing properly, don't forget the pain dilation causes.
Phil is far from being healthy and clean, expect worse to happen.
 
Ok im gonna call it. Phil is going to go batshit from the pain and misery of multiple fatal infections and overdose on some dime store opiate at some point in the next 12 months. It may or may not be intentional, but I almost guarantee this is how this nauseating story will end. He does not have the backbone or sheer schizo mania to endure a lingering agonizing death like that, so he will chug down a litre of some krokadil knockoff to try and take the pain away.

And I am sincerely not saying this to gloat or to a-log or whatever. While it is 100% his dumb spastic fault, this is a fate even a pathetic little autist creep like phil doesnt deserve. Its the kind of shit you would wish on Nick Bate or some similar sickfuck scumbag. However it ends I honestly hope he is able to find a quick and pain-free way out.
 
Do you think he regrets getting the op done yet? It was supposed to fix everything, and yet:

We're still here, still laughing at him.
He's getting no asspats online.
He's getting no money from e-begging.
His 'Spanish snatch' looks like a festering hole and nothing like female genitalia.

His 'girlfriend' hasn't even mentioned him, and sure as shit isn't helping him out no matter how much he might need it.

All he has to look forward to is months of pain, while being alone, filthy and friendless, the only highlights in his life being the negative attention from us when he posts another picture of his septic wound. In the dead of night, when he's sleepless from pain and no sleeping position on his shitty sofa is comfortable because his bedroom has been taken over by an alcoholic grifter that hates him, does Phil lie there and think "I wish I hadn't done this"?

Depends. It can just close up. But if Phil did the colon-lining surgery, that might not go as planned...

I watched a video about a woman who had uterine cancer and had to get the whole business removed, and the doctors rebuilt her a colon-lined vag. Neovaginal sex wasn't very fun for either party, she and her husband stopped having vaginal sex, she stopped seeing the point in dilating, and let things close up while they had sex with alternate orifices.

It was all well and good until abdominal pains a few years later. Turns out just because colon lining was enclosed doesn't mean it stopped doing what it was made to do, which was make bowel mucus. Long story short, they had to cut her open to remove all the mucus and puss filled cysts made of closed-up colon.
