Oh, I've no doubt of that, especially given Phil's notoriously awful hygiene habits.

But as it looks right now, yeah, it's pretty nasty. But I'm kinda disappointed in the majority of farmers who've posted in this about being disgusted by it to the extents that they have. I'd have honestly thought you'd all have stronger stomachs than this, esp. given past shock sites that have done far worse (swap.avi, goatse, tubgirl, lemonparty, 2 Girls 1 Cup, etc) in the past.

I would guess its roughly along the lines of an ear piercing that slowly heals up shut.....but in this case since he cut his dick and balls off this is going to be an absolute agonizing nightmare in the VERY remote chance infections dont claim him, since he will no longer be able to urinate should the wound seal up which....yeah thats going to be a pretty hilarious death right there

Yes, essentially but it's very painful and doesn't heal right i.e there are pockets and multiple tracts for an infection that are not nice and nearly impossible to treat that deep into a wound without some messy and potentially risky surgical procedures, due to the nature of the location and how they have to approach them the can end up cutting close to blood vessels and nerves that are complex in nature and essential for normal bodily functions such as walking, bowl function etc.

It's one of the reasons you have to be considered competent enough to understand the gravity of the situation and why Phil should be considered ineligible for such an operation, to begin with just going off his medical history, and I would say his appearance as Phil is incapable of keeping clean for any period of time.

That's why I am wondering about the ethics involved in this and how he managed to for lack of a better term pull this off with a doctor who on the face of it seems to be on the up and up in that regard.
