General Wrestling Discussion

Danhausen, Miz, R truth, Joe Hendry...
WWE is pretty much a corporate/Saudi owned comedy show based around wrestling with more advertisements than TV time.
It's like if they rebooted the office for a third time but based it on wrestlers instead of a paper company and way less people gave a fuck about the show.
I wonder if WWE will ever let Danhausen show his demon form for a hardcore match.

Probably not, with how controlling they are over attire and look.

If you had a video game called "Annoying fat fuck saves the day" and you went into create my character mode, he is the generic template that you would start with.
I've never seen a man go off the hinges faster than him. Over wrestling.

The one bright spot regarding WWE is that nobody is forcing you to watch it.
True but it'd be preferable to have something to look forward to when I do bother watching.

3: Danhausen should be accompanied by a group of translatorhausens to translate what he says in whatever third world shithole the E is having shows in specifically Brazilian, Arabic, Hindi and Punjabi.

What made you leave? Cena or hhh?
HGH.

I never went back to WWF after the Montreal Screwjob, and when WCW went down, WWF was still awful, then the Reign of Terra hit and that was it for me. I watched ECW One Night Stand and a bit of the lead-up to it, but it just seemed like Vince wanted the trashiest, shittiest shows possible and HGH was never credible to me. The Mania 19 finish against Booker T was the end for me with WWE even as an occasional viewer. I watched TNA irregularly, but Russo killed that for me even though the ring work was usually good.

For a long time, all I watched was whatever NJPW I could find.

What made you leave? Cena or hhh?
My wife summed it up best when we were watching it a few months ago and she just turned to me and said "I can't watch this anymore this is shit" and I realize she was right and we just haven't watched it since then.
Her and I both watch a lot of wrestling and one of the things that we had in common when we first hooked up was that we have both been watching it since we were little, but WWE has been consistently so bad and we watch so much other wrestling that we just said to hell with it and quit watching WWE.
Lol Rusev literally pulling a Hercules:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=gHEJJr7w0oUThis is a masterclass in "I'm on my way out, I don't give a fuck and if you don't pay me I'll throttle you".
The hands clasped behind his head like he's kicking back on a recliner is what does it for me. People exposing the business back in those days to prove a retarded point will always be funny to me.
What a whiny bitch. For what they make, they can job me out all they want and I'll sell like mad
Lord knows he's making more than 30k a year but you pay me 30k a year to fucking job one night a week and I'd be all over that contract so fast I wouldn't even ask what my terrible name and worse gimmick was.

People like to talk about marks all the time but for some reason these guys like Rusev and The Hurt Business who cry about losing to smaller people are never mentioned, when to me, throwing a tantrum or refusing to lose is about as mark as it gets. This shits not real, bro. You're not really winning or losing.
IT'S REAL TO HIM, DAMMIT!

I might be late to this but whatever, apparently Kairi is linking up with Barry Bloom, an agent who represents mostly AEW wrestlers, so it's very much looking like that's where she's landing.
Considering there were rumours that she only went back to WWE due to a clause in her release during lockdown that blocked her from going anywhere else if she returned to the US, I’m not shocked that she’d be looking to go to AEW. It isn’t exactly like TNA has a bright future, even if WWE didn’t have a hand up their ass like a puppet.
