Apparently the no-hire list at AEW consists of Miro, Malakai, Punk and Cody. Maybe Saraya now too, but those four are never coming back to All Elite due to the issues with them during their time there.

Good, use it. If for some reason there was some kind of scandal or something that got him kicked out of the WWE and Tony were to take him back, I would put a clause in his contract that he could only come back as a heel.
