I remember that era of YouTube/the Internet where a small but vocal group of Puritans did not consider playing games as a viable option for content, coming up with those weird copyright justifications as displayed by the guy in that image. In a way, the increasing monetization and professionalization of YouTube content robbed it of some of its creativity and passion, but in retrospect it's insane to see just how opposed some people were to earning money with internet uploads.
