A solution I really liked was to simply abolish the court as it exists today and replace it with a system whereby individual cases are judged by nine judges who are chosen at random from lower courts. This would drastically reduce the workload placed on the court and eliminate a lot of the corruption and manipulation that exists now since there would just be too many people to bribe with free vacations and shit, and you could never be sure if the guy you were dealing with would ever preside over a case that involved your interests. Establishing an age limit for judges would also be great since that would kill the "court watch" industry.
