Just wanted to highlight this because, as amusing as it is to try and imagine Phil stumbling his way through other card games...keep in mind, he not only isn't (and never has) played the current one he's spent thousands of dollars on, but he doesn't even know how to play it. Like, if the IRS promised to forgive all his debt if he could make a single opponents Pokemon faint in the TCG, Phil wouldn't be able to. Hell, if they only asked him to explain the rules of the Pokemon TCG, he wouldn't be able to.

And in like, a month, when that figure has tripled, all the above will still be relevant.

I'm beginning to wonder if Phail has a serious amount of money coming from some dent(s) through back channels. The amount of money he's spent in recent weeks -- the Pokeman cards, his chest-style top loading freezer, the gym equipment and whatever else is slipping my mind at the moment. Assuming he's still paying the usual human-style expenses, he's spent a large amount of money in the past few weeks.

I know Klarna/credit could be playing some kind of role in this, but without estimating expenses vs. income -- because I don't care that much -- it just seems to be that he's either rolling down the hill of debt again or getting undeclared "support".

Unless you're doing it to teach noobs. For example there's a guy who tore his ACL and he shows easier exercises for people with, like, bad knees or sprains etc. i find those types of things helpful. Phil would fuck up anyone trying to follow his example.
