I hate that you're making me say this but to be fair to DSP most normal people wouldn't understand what the fuck is going on in Yugioh. It's one of the most obtuse and pointlessly complicated TCGs in comparison to like almost any other.

You can briefly watch a game of Pokemon or Magic and get the gist of how the game is played, not so with Yugioh.
Well originally it began out as simple and fun but then they kept on adding more and more shit to it to make it more complicated and started adding stuff like synchro summons, XYZ summons, link summons, pendulum summon, etc. and it became who had the better 30 minute first hand, ending matches before their opponent could even to do anything.

Gone are the days of long and episodic nail biting determinations like the early anime and now are the days of the equivalent of a wild West showdown in a Clint Eastwood movie... Sort of like an actual duel?

"Began out"? WTF is that?

Since Phail is mentally 12 I can imagine him just putting a lot of BIG and STRONG monsters like I did when I played the Tag Force games as a kid and then crashing out when the opponent DARES to play Hammer Shot or flip their Sakuretsu Armor on me.
Bro we're talking about Phil, the guy who can't memorize basic STAB rock paper scissors-style mechanics in a fucking childrens game against bots, and cannot grasp the idea of "in competitive online matches sometimes it's not just about types and thinks it's bullshit when a faster fire pokemon beats his water pokemon". Any competitive card game requires a person to have (1) the ability to understand rules of a game and (2) the ability to accept that sometimes you have to break away from established rules to win and DSP has neither. Also we've seen Phil play Hearthstone we basically know what'll happen if he plays legacy of the duelist or any of the tag force games. Plus Tag Force has women hitting on the main character so there's literally zero chance he plays yugioh.

Pulling for yugioh cards on the other hand....

Fucking Joseph spent around $150 on another man. Literally spent money on a gay retard and for what? To own the detractors? To keep him perpetually online? To get entertainment...

I hope he doesn't need that money for a rainy day. Because man, it's raining. Literally.

Being a miserable piece of shit doesn’t help, either.

Dsp playing yugi in ay capacity will culminate in being wage/ragequitted. Ifhe can barely understand basic shit in pokemon, Yugioh will mind break him. As a game is already hard enough to follow if you're watching unless you know what the cards does, dsp will spend minutes reading text and try to decode what they mean. I think he would be the kind of guy that would play Exodia because is a simple wincon:
>play draw effects
>occasionally play traps
>gather all the exodia body parts
>win

I wishwe could see him play just one match against a human opponent with a deck that can turn 1 set up in such way that you can't basically play the game and have him complain and ragequit.

Scientific analysis of how Phil will look after another year of Ozempic sapping his life essence and also the stress of begging a handful of unpredictable mentally disabled men to pay for him to open Pokemon cards.

(This honestly doesn't feel that unbelievable considering that before and after up there, that's harrowing.)

Isn't the Pokemon TCG GBA game on switch 2's virtual console? I'm shocked he hasn't tried to play that .

I think it's funny how cheap it's gotten to name a pokemon. wasn't it over $25 at one point?
I think it was 10-20 bucks to name a pokemon during Scarlet/Violet and Z-A but in those games you can give a pokemon a nickname at any time whereas in FireRed and now Brilliant Diamond there is a dedicated NPC halfway through the game that deals with nicknames which makes it more of a pain to grift so he just auctions pokemon names now starting at 5 bucks.

Was there not a slump in valuation pre logan paul? I know gen1 was lightning in a bottle but then it feels like people stopped caring until relatively recently and values skyrocketed. Or was I just not paying attention?
So before the big Logan Paul and rona bump prices weren't terrible you still had chase cards and other very rare and hard to find cards and sets going for good money but after that the market just went into a complete tailspin and were still heavily in it

Shit is so blatant it's hilarious when he starts LARPing about healthy eating and exercising. Give it to Dsp to be enough of a mongoloid to get controlled by the internet to start taking ozempic and make himself look much fucking worse LOL, crazy to say his fat retard looks were much better than the rot infested corpse fit he has now.
But my pathological lying fitness/health influencer could never. :stress:

Phil has basically opened as many packs off stream as he has on stream at this point. If I'm off about any of these numbers please correct me.

MegaEvolution (36 on stream)
PhantasmalFlames (26 on stream)(10 off stream)*
Chaos Rising (36 off stream)
Chaos Rising (7 on stream)(29 off stream)
Perfect Order (10 on stream)
*he claims 10 from the Flames box, I thought it was more, but lets go with his admission.

Phil, 5 boxes into his new addiction, has opened 75 packs off stream to 79 on stream.
