Was there not a slump in valuation pre logan paul? I know gen1 was lightning in a bottle but then it feels like people stopped caring until relatively recently and values skyrocketed. Or was I just not paying attention?
A small slump maybe, but they have always been going up in value long-term and never really had any sort of serious crash. Logan Paul didn't pay $150,000 for a single card as a joke, it was theoretically worth that much before he started the trend that skyrocketed the values of most cards, as opposed to pre Logan Paul where the demand was mostly on the oldest cards and the brand new ones.
Such an insecure little cunt that he can't admit to colouring his hair nor that he took the easy way for weight loss. That's what happens when you chat all this rubbish about "I'm not going to do anything. I'm aging gracefully unlike other people".

I think that's the penultimate reason this little queer gets trolled. His default is to shit on anything someone else is doing and then he goes and does it himself. Anyone else would simply be making the right move and might even get praise for it. But Phil is the most vitriolic, contrairian, and jealous person who never apologises for being mistaken. That clip Tevin plays where Phil is shitting on people who collect Pokèmon cards only to do the thing years later is the best example. It also shows he's always seen this hobby as a way to make money.
79 packs open almost $1500 spent on cards for a game that he doesn't play what a fucking faggot, hell I'm guilty of some big board game buys like Twilight Imperium and I've gotten enough people together to play it at least once, really a matter of getting everyone to agree on a date and time rather than the games complexity.

I am pretty sure he has breached his HOA multiple times, too. Having Khet live downstairs and "splitting" the home is something you would need approval for; a good lawyer could view it as subletting or altering the home outside of agreement.
I am fully locked into his HOA voiding his tenancy arc, because that is going to be so fucking funny. He would not get any of his payments made either, and he can not sue them either, as it is a case they would win by default.
The purpose of an HOA is to preserve property values and let insufferable people police their neighbors. Subletting to his own wife doesn't cross those lines, they are technically a married couple with no other residents in the condo and the neighbors don't see them sleeping apart.
If anything gets him kicked out it will be the damage and mold but, again, there is no guarantee the HOA will ever find out about those.
That might present a problem. The game is doing its maintenance to prep for the new Regulation this week. And furthermore, all ranks are reset down to basic Poke Ball rank.
