I don't hate Pxie but I do want this legal arc to end because it's boring to me and because I feel like it's just going to get Destiny to try to keep his drama out of sight. (It won't stay out of sight, it will continue to pop up cause he's very messy.)

But one of the most entertaining things about watching Destiny, aside from constantly shooting himself in the foot, is when he's fighting with awful people. Watching him fight with Lauren Delaguna is hilarious because she is also an awful person. (She was talking about how she threw up on her friend's couch while talking to Darius and I remembered how much I despise her.) Watching him fight with Anavoir is hilarious because she is also an awful person. (Don't mistake that as signing off on his sexual relationship with her, I still think his behavior was reprehensible.) Watching him fight with mrgirl is hilarious because Max is an awful person.

It's not as fun when he's fighting with someone who isn't an awful person.

Pxie's romantic relationship with Destiny really predates a lot of what came out about him later, so Pxie can be forgiven for thinking he was someone worth fooling around with. She was pretty young and he presented himself as someone who understands women and would be a safe person to explore with. Women who fuck around with him TODAY are dumb as hell, though. I think anyone who continued to engage with him after he has made it clear who he is was dumb.

That's actually a sign that they haven't fed in awhile and they're getting all wound up. It drives them crazy and it comes out in these little bursts of energy. In his first conversation with Dr K he talked about how he played a lot of JRPGs when he was a kid and modeled himself after a lot of the silent protagonists of the time. Dr K mentioned Cloud Strife, so we like to make fun of Destiny for thinking of himself as a Cloud Strife. Like "Oh yeah, I remember when Cloud Strife's wife left him." Or "Oh yeah, Cloud Strife was always taking videos and sending them around."

Dr K asked, "How do you think Cloud Strife would deal with parents who weren't around," and I think people need to ask that question to Destiny at all times. 90 percent of Joan's questions on the stand should start with, "Would Cloud Strife..." or "How do you think Cloud Strife would..."

The reason it's coming up now is because the girl he was sexting with recently is a big Final Fantasy fan as well, so I want to know if they were sexting as Cloud and a Yuffie.

Also, it's FFVII. FFIV's protagonist is Cecil, and Destiny would never go on the redemption arc that Cecil did.
