I think the commenter was known around the slop community. I do however think Dan is treacherous enough that he may have made the call to CPS or order the skulls. I also don't really buy that the skulls were sent by someone they didn't know. Ethan claimed he sent them to the FBI but they were listed to sell again merely days later. Ethan was looking like an unsympathetic clown for a bit at the beginning, and also being calling impstiny's attack dog, but then muh CPS and skulls happened and every creator was falling all over themselves to defend him. The Skulls and CPS probably have two unrelated explanations. Skulls
Ethan's clothing line, Teddy Fresh released a T-shirt with skulls design a bit before the drama around the human skulls happened. If im remembering right, I think an employee quit and moved away around the same time. It's likely they ordered the skulls for a photo shoot to go along with the skulls T shirt, and if it was the employee who was no longer around, it might have just gotten lost or forgotten, only to be rediscovered by the staff later and they assumed it was something malicious rather than an oversight.
The narrative they've crafted where they didn't know what was inside, has been debunked because the box had branding on the outside clearly stating they were skulls. Also their story doesn't check out, they apparently contacted the authorities, who then took the skulls into evidence, but then the police, returned the evidence to the company almost immediately?

The CPS incident also probably has a more likely explanation. The CPS call around the same time they fired and were subsequently sued by their nanny over wrongful termination. It's related to her being out for surgery, and then she also had to deal with all their dogs shitting inside along with doing her job as a nanny. Which is supported by Ethan's own story about the family possibly having Giardia from all the dogs shitting all over the place.
The most reasonable explanation is that this former employee, reported them to CPS. If it's someone who was a nanny, it would explain why CPS took the call so seriously.

I might be getting confused on details, but an interesting aspect of the lawsuit was the fact they were paying their nanny through their Ted Entertainment Inc company, and I think the Kavanaugh lawsuit also alleges they commingled funds. Im not a lawyer but my understanding is this opens them up to issues around the corporate veil being pierced.
All this is to say, I don't think Dan did these things. I think Dan, Destiny, and that community have just capitalized on Ethan's multi year crash-out to channel and weaponize Ethan's Jewish Neurosis against Hasan.
