The lawyer did consent to the recording. He may still have something for publishing it, but I'm not sure it's worth bothering. Hopefully the clerks of the court have a little memo on their phone "If Stabby calls, ask if he's recording, if he is then hangup immediately and notify Judge X"
 
I doubt SidAlpha's lawyer will even bother to inform the court; in his mind he's got his three weeks free to do jobs he's probably actually making money on. In reality, what he's done is told a sociopath that he's free to do whatever he wants for a month and he'll be too distracted to deal with it with urgency. Not that the court shouldn't have some awareness of what Stebbins has done here, since he has intentionally placed correspondence between litigants onto Youtube himself and onto the court record.

But, unless SidAlpha sufficiently prods his lawyer to make a stink over this, I doubt anything will happen. What would it hurt to try? Just ask for case ending sanctions, who cares! As the stabber was told by Judge Thompson in the Northern District of California in 2022: "Plaintiff may not publicly disclose private conversations between the parties. Plaintiff should also not share the recording with the Court.”

I had no idea and it all checks for sure. I had a feeling he was purposefully picking his battles to punch down on people without the intellectual capacity to fight back as ALL his debates are with nobodies who instantly lose, it's just so much more in depth.
Imagine, this is the metaphorical equivalent of having a boxing match where he's fighting an anaemic Ethiopian child who's told him ahead of time what his fight plan is, the child has a leg and an arm tied behind their back and he is armed with spiked knuckle dusters.

So, I did check the comments section randomly, I expected nothing but got a lot to see.

Fucking weird especially when on Youtube he does make a point of having it show both him AND the person are doing the stream and links both channels when doing so.

The comments section seem to be up in arms about him bringing up the biblical flood and as you can see by reading yourself it basically devolves immediately into him insulting and ranting at anyone who tries to bring up whether the flood was real or not and so on. It's shit flinging at it's best and finest but clearly shows the average intelligence level of his audience to go hard in the paint on this. Also I assume this was his "Owning point" to the retarded brony that the flood totally happened therefore god exists..

Which jesus fucking christ, does this mean any "Metaphorical event" (As he seems to claim at one point it's not literal, but metaphorical) in a book is real?

It's the same shit Acer does and it all culminates to the same thing.

He's someone who was bullied horrendously through life and highschool, so now lives out his fantasy of punching down on those barely able to string words together because that's all he can punch down to. It's something which speaks to who he is at the core, a coward, a big fat coward who is so scared of losing via extreme narcissism that he has to hamstring anyone who wants to try and debate him, he vets them to make sure they're ABSOLUTELY incapable of providing a real argument to the table and he probably uses inane amounts of long words against stupid people so they do that thing of going "Wow, he's super smart!" rather than realising he's a moron saying something retarded, but with a thesaurus wedged up his ass.

It's funny and awe-inspiring that people willingly walk into the meatgrinder.
 
I ran a search on the 4000+ David Stebbins legal documents to see every time he mentioned his student loans.
Here's small sample. Strange how the amount he claims fluctuates so much when,

2011/06/16 "$44.000 in student loan debts. $1,000 in credit card debts."
2016/09/02 "$35000, mostly in student loan debts"
2017/02/27 "$45,000 in Student Loan debts to various creditors"
2018/04/02 "$30,000 in student loan debts"
2021/06/02 "$40,000 in old student loan debts"

In 2015 Acerthorn demanded a $16,338 per year student loan due from Arkansas Rehabilitative Services (ARS). They offer $5,000 loans but Stebbins wanted triple that due to his "extenuating circumstances."
ARS gave him $0.
SHOCKER, Acerthorn filed a lawsuit, claiming discrimination

Sometime peculiar I completely glossed over this in my previous post.
Acerthorn said he paid out of pocket for a single "English Composition II" in the summer of 2016 so he could use that as evidence he can handle being in college, and thus ARS should give him a student loan.
.... Because a single course over the summer outweighs that time he threatened a school shooting.
Where did he get the money??
 
After seeing the University of Phoenix credit, I mused to myself on the odds of Acerfat falling for ITT Tech because he saw one of their old shitty commercials on how he could design his own video games while he was sitting on his gross petulent ass one day watching daytime television. And now that an old filing says he wants a Computer Science or Information Technology degree... ha ha ha, oh man, he's getting warmer. Did he?

Coincidentally, 2016, the year he tried to sue Arkansas for college gibs, was also ITT Tech's last year of operation.

Does anything in that google doc say someone cant record the debate on their end? If not then Acerthorn cant claim copyright over that because copyright automatically attaches to any video someone takes. He owns the copyright on his end and the other person owns the copyright on their end.
