I have done averages before, and Phil has to spend about 140k to even entertain a decent appraisal for the area. I know a couple of realtors, and I described Phil's house to them. All women and a completely tabula rasa of Phil. I showed them the walkthrough and plan muted. So, even at the time of purchase, the home was quite outdated. The 3 women said that even for then a home in a gated community with no air conditioning is a deal breaker. I know no one who would even entertain a house in a private community, even on the West Coast. My one friend suspects that the price was reduced because it is a middle unit, with no garden.

I explained to my friend that the one aspect that will keep being an issue for sale is that there is no garden. No family will touch that, and I said, "It's pretty much an apartment with stairs at that point." She agreed, and like the air con situation, no family with a child will touch a home with no garden or nearby amenities. He is paying about $160 psm, which is insane even for Renton at that time. He was paying the median price on a below-average home. One of my friends also said for the price point its really "unremarkable" and the living room "sucked." He bought a house with clear water damage too, which is beyond insane.

The adjustments Phil has to make to that place are crazy; it is pretty much like renovating an empty home.
You’re just jealous, no-load, book smart, loser

Uuuuh dood, Phail said that it's an UPSCALE TOWNHOUSE with a MA(YU)SSIVE BACKYARD where all the woodland critters gather. He wouldn't be lying would he???
There is lots of space and woodlands behind his condo, he just has little access to it, and has never been near those actual woods. He also shares that small backyard space with his 2 neighbors beside him, who are minorities *bites fingers*.

I think one of the funnier detractor delusions is that DSP's condo is some kind of unsellable real-estate disaster that would require hundreds of thousands in renovations if he wanted to sell it. You are genuinely retarded if you believe this.

its a middle unit that, as far as we know that phil himself has all but admitted, has a nonfunctional bathroom and moisture and mold problems that phil has been too dumb and lazy to do anything about for years, plus iirc he recently complained about kitchen cabinets coming loose or some shit like that. i think this is a moot point anyway because phils palace, the snort fort, is a bastion of everything thats good in the world to him and he will never move away because what if the realtor or the mover crew are undercover trolls dood?

didnt the bank take over and sell it and whoever lives in it now redid it to make it look like an actual place to live not in a shithole filled with video games and statues and other unnesecary shit

wait, does this nigger seriously not know how to ride a bike?
We (Phil and I) were both raised by a Marine and somehow I accomplished and experienced more in my life before I was a full grown adult style human. Doesn't know what he's missing out by never having any Philippino foods. One of my Dad's Marines was married to a phillipino and she would make lumpia when there were shop functions at their house, I would just plant myself next to the deep fryer and eat non-stop. You could probably count on one hand all the experiences he has had in his entire life.

Shit, nothing's unsellable for the right price and/or if you find the right moron. Phil's been selling being the Blues Clues of vidya streamers for years because his audience is just that dented. It's that much like with his very clear unchecked BBC lust, Phil would want to sell at a median price at least, with a very below average house.

And it's not wrong or a delusion, it's a certainty in the snortex: Phil is unbelievably greedy. His creed is GIVE ME MORE. He'd whine and cry that he only got half a mil for the Snortfort. Almost any time he makes out like a bandit he immediately wants, you guessed it, more and better. And I believe he genuinely feels bad about not getting it.

On any given day, Phil gets several thousand times what he deserves, but it's not even half of what he wants. He also gets absolutely 0 comeuppance, but he still pretends like he's harassed 24/7.

I'd fucking buy the snortfort for 20K and fully renovate it to flip. Would Phil be willing to sell at that price? Hell no, he'd want to pay no mind to the shitty location, no central air, water damage and other issues and sell at just about the price of any other condo in the gated community, even the ones that have their own garden. That's just his nature.

That community was made for people to work at Boeing from the get go, and I believe Phil bought it because in his infinite dentedness, he believed he could easily parlay his way into a high paying do-nothing job at Boeing nearby in case the streaming thing didn't pan out.

The housing market is kinda fucked anyway. You CAN sell houses, if you're willing to sell low, because blackstone and the like aren't about to pay you market rate, and common people can't afford a house now. And I doubt Phil is willing to sell. The only way he'd do it is if Khet wanted to get a divorce, but realistically he's already given up the lower floor of the Snort Fort to her so she can bring Tyrone over whenever she likes. In practice she's already won the divorce and taken him to the cleaners. Half his shit is legally hers, for free, no court battle involved.

It'd be super funny if Khet got to making chocolate babies in Phil's house, but I doubt it's plausible. But yeah, it's just a hypothetical. If they were to sell, Phil would wanna sell high and be disappointed with the result even if it was, objectively, very favorable to him. They're not selling anyway. The Fat Kat's going nowhere.

And again, props to her, because going from being a demonslaying, borderline prostitute-for-survival potato to stealing the King Of Dents' snortfort from under his gouty nose is quite the step up.

If they think it’s unsellable, then I would agree. I’ve always seen those comments more as a combination of

1. Refuting the perception of both Phil and detractors that because nearby condos have gone up in sale price, his will have as well. Hence the comments about other condos doing legit upgrades, phil’s numerous stories about legit damage and the comparison of individual units (no yard).

2. The normal hyperbole people go to in an effort to rile phil up. ‘The condo’s price is likely stagnant or a very mild increase’ -> ‘It’s worthless, it’s a complete dump, he would never be able to sell it, whoah buddy.’

Hundreds of thousands is a delusion, but it would take tens of thousands to get it to a non-pigsty state.

I found an example of "not sucessful" based on pigroach's definition.

He'd want far above average because he's DSP, the man who invented live streaming, let's play, food reviews and game reviews. In addition to whatever other bullshit he claims to have created. He's like that homeless guy that Kyle gives 20 bucks to and the homeless dude immediately says "Got anymore?" .

The card flex segment from this prestream was one of the most pathetic, depressing things I've ever seen. He holds up a stack of cards that aren't even spread out so you can't see what they are, and he brags that these are the cards he got that might be worth some amount of money. Bro we literally cannot see them. And he's not doing a giveaway or selling valuable cards to fans, so this segment has no value to the viewer. We are being told that Phil owns some things that might have monetary value. Thanks, Phil!

This makes me think of the old Zero Punctuation videos where he would talk about E3 like it was a bunch of AAA game publishers showing up to dangle bananas in front of a bunch of monkeys. I just can't make it make sense in my head. Why would anyone want him to open packs? In a just society none of these people would have control over their finances

Yes, but that's more in reference to when people use those sites that list the value of the condo at like $500k. Which Phil also must think he could get because he's talked about getting money in equity.

His segment right now about copying or not a Pokemon pack is maybe the most pathetic I have ever seen from him, because it's literally just a visual display of his insane addiction to gacha style pulls

You would feel bad if it was LITERALLY ANYBODY ELSE except DSP Space Gayman

There isn't anybody who acts anything like Phil.
For good reason. No one who wants to make money would act like him, and no one with passion and a creative vision would act like him. Even other beggars don't act like him because they understand that if you are begging you can't be a completely unlikeable cunt. Only Phillip can be literally begging for money while flexing his affluence (and literally flexing his saggy bingo wings).
If theirs one thing last nights stream taught us its that Phil could have all the money in the world and he will still be begging like a crackhead but give it time and this idea will fade out fast either because he doesn't feel like spending the money on the cards or the dents short attention span kicks in
It's why it's not worth getting mad over when he gets money. Now I'm not going to say I'm immune to feeling the karmic injustice of Dave raking in $600 for being a gigantic piece of shit ineptly playing video games, sometimes I wish my job was easier or paid more, but because he doesn't earn the money he doesn't have any concept of the value. $100 per pack to open Pokemon cards seems fair to him because it's just an arbitrary number, there isn't any work attached. Most of us working-style individuals would think something like "dang $50 is over an hour of work, and all I'm getting in return is some fat faggot holding the card up to the camera saying 'I dunno who this one is, is it rare?' so no I do not think I will partake" but to him it's just money that he should get every day, regardless of effort or quality, until the end of time. And for that reason he will never save a penny, so getting a $600 whale out doesn't mean shit.

Dude won the fucking lottery, he made it big on YT being in the right time in the right place, he's made MILLIONS from the comfort of his own home with no training, skills, knowledge, and very little entertainment or natural charisma. But he never valued it, and so here we are, grifting actual retards with Pokemon cards. Think I'll stick with the life I have if it's all the same to you, Phil.

Wait, did Beeg Beg really get scammed and buy a repackaged box? Oh my stars and stripes, I hope he felt that pang of fear through his bones. Lmfao.

He didn’t. It’s just chat gaslighting him.

Pull rates in most modern sets, besides special sets, are abysmal. It’s literally gambling, but with a pull rate that isn’t guaranteed. There’s no math to it, it’s either you open 5 packs and get the top chase or you open a thousand and get fucked.

Its the DSP version of those urban style hustlers who hold up a thick stack of dollars but only the top dollar is a 100USD and the rest are singles.
