I’ve never been in debt (not a nigger) so forgive my ignorance, but at what point do they realize they are never getting paid and just fleece him for all he’s worth?

It's extremely difficult to actually go to jail for just owing back taxes, because then the IRS would NEVER get paid.

As far as I can tell I think what DSP Space Gayman does is every single year tell the IRS I cannot pay my taxes, I need a payment plan. The IRS says yes because...see point above. I believe during one of PoPs streams about the bank leaks it was worked out that he likely does 3 year plans. So effectively what happens is at any given time he owes the IRS 3 separate payments each month, corresponding to the 3 previous tax years. When he pays one off, he starts another, because another tax year has passed. He will do this presumably forever.
