I don't think June is a good timeline for this, and that would be if the straight opened today. Only after things start back up, it will take 4-6+ weeks to get back to ~85% of what they were at. The majority of oil and gas facilities serving the strait are shut down right now, only Saudi's have some still online that they're shipping over their pipeline across the country.
Once the facilities can come back online they have to do repairs, inspections and work to ramp production back up, with these types of facilities, portions of it can only start to move at the slowest component in the pipeline. Then you also have to coordinate getting ships back into their flow.
So assuming it's opened in, say, 4 weeks, around the 2nd week of May, you would probably be looking at July at the earliest to get back to ~85% of what it was pre-closure.
I think a better bet is just if any boat that wants to sail through the straight can do so. That Iran isn't bombing or extorting anything going though the strait. Getting back to some % will take a lot longer than people realize, especially with a lot of the infrastructure that's been destroyed.
Lastly, if the US bombs Iran's infrastructure to get them to open the strait, it would probably take years to get back to that 85% level.
