No bait on this line, fisherman.
I'd recommend for Josh to block Nick as well, nothing is gained from interaction.
It took him months to work up the courage to gloat about the bodycam and this is what he comes out with? This is why it was worth it even if Josh ultimately lost, Nick's completely buckbroken (or cuckbroken in his case).

Josh failing to get the bodycam footage just reinforces Rekieta's hypocrisy. He's all about transparency and an open criminal justice system until it's him in the dock. Then he's all about the rights of the criminal. So there's nothing about this that's a win for Rekieta. He's a moronic cokehead who neglected his kids, watched his wife getting fucked by the toe and did so much coke on a livestream that the cops came and locked him up.

If he had the good sense and good taste to know shame, he'd shut his stupid yap and stay out of the public eye. But as a talentless failed lawyer, his only method of paying for his coke habit is online begging from the morons who want a parasocial relationship with this loser.

Imagine being so dumb that you don't even know when you should be embarrassed?

I can't even listen to this whiny fag's voice for a minute while he tried to get to the point, which maybe he did, but my tolerance for his incredibly whiny, faggy voice wore out in less than a minute. What a complete homo.
There's really no need. I basically summarized all you need to know in my post. Which, at the moment, isn't much.

From what I understand, Nick hardly promoted TDT out of the kindness of his own heart. Rather, TDT was in a mutually beneficial advertising relationship with Nick, in which Nick was compensated in exchange for him advertising TDT's product on his show.

Leave it to Nick to suggest something was done out of altruism, when the relationship was actually transactional and beneficial to him.

Nick is a toxic property now. Of course nobody wants to advertise through him anymore. What's next? Is he gonna bitch out the Ridge company, saying they owe him endless advertising contracts because he helped shill X number of wallets during the halcyon days of Rittenhouse and Depp?

Rebuttal tomorrow:

Watching the latest elissa clips, it's fascinating that this faggot now has two huge chat windows on screen, and is getting a message in youtube chat maybe once every few seconds. His LOCALS chat barely moves at all. What a sad existence. He used to be the #1 superchat earner on YouTube and now his stream looks like the killstream and his chat is dead. Nice job.

The dragon's treasure guy went to a ton of streamers when he was trying to build his business. The fact that he advertised on Rekieta Law was probably a relatively small piece of the action. I remember seeing him pop up on gaming channels as well, and I think he also sponsored Kurt for a while. It seems like he targeted a relatively broad range of streamers who were a bit too small for "big channel" sponsorships, so the ads were cheap. I'm looking forward to the response.

Rekieta deserves a disciplinary action for continuing well into 2026 to say "I am your host, Nick Rekieta of Rekieta Law, a small law firm in central Minnesota." It's not a firm, his company registration expired some time ago, and he's not licensed to practice and employs nobody who is, so even if it were a company it wouldn't be a law firm. Also his "I hand no clients" line is a blatant lie when he claims to have represented April twice in 2025 and represented his wife once. However, Nick never lies, so he clearly never represented them at the time and just lied about it. I wonder if it's illegal to lie about representing someone... I also wonder if that's an ethics violation...

I am glad to see she seems to have done a full 180 and is now living a more private life, without that kind of public humiliation. That suggests her behavior was not just about her addiction to substances, but also about the influence and control he had over her. Those kinds of dynamics can be extremely damaging, especially when reinforced through trauma and love bombing. It is a very typical pattern seen in dysfunctional BDP/NPD relationships.
My read was always that April wanted to be famous, but would take local or e-famous as close enough. She was in her early to mid twenties and seemed to have come up as a relatively sheltered small town girl. I think that probably she saw Aaron and Nick as he chances to make it big.

After her brush with the limelight went so poorly I think she's just ready to hang it up and try a new dream.
A lot of it had to do with Nick being shielded from any criticism on this very forum. As with Dax Herrera (“Dick Masterson”), any reality-based comments about what a degenerate POS the guy clearly was would be met with a wall of hostility, chimping and neg-rating. It was all extremely gay.
If you skipped the Friday shows and the non legal guests it was a lot easier to have a rosy view of the guy. - I know I did that and I think it was common here. Werb wars was probably the height of his legal analysis, but it was mostly crowd sourced really.

People said that there was very suspect stuff on the early twitch streams, but I wrote it off at the time because weeb wars was so retardedly fierce. I wish there were archives of them.

Nick claims (*taps sign*) that he built a six figure business for The Dragon's Treasure.
Nick is such and financial wizard, investment expert and Social media guru that he built a 6 figure income for TDT and made every other legal streamer successful, yet his own channel is slowly collapsing. Oh right..its the algorithm..

If Nick was responsible for Dragons Treasure, then TDT would have 7 figures of debt not 6 figures of income.

I love how Nick has spent the entire weekend doing the "'I'm not owned!' - Man who got owned" bit. It's pretty great.

Matt Jarbo did the same thing and, AFAIK, he's west coast (his thread OP claims he's in Washington, but I don't know if that's accurate anymore).

You can add EVS to that list too. He's in New Jersey. He uses MAGA iconography and talking points to bilk people out of money for comic books he doesn't deliver on.
Sure, but IIRC, Jarbo, Don Sargone never portrayed themselves as trad and conservative. Hell, EVS used to dunk on religion. Being anti-woke does not necessarily make one a conservative. I know anti-woke libruls.

Does anyone know anything about lawyer discipline in MN?

I heard Nick talking about some open investigations he has, and both of them would be serious in many jurisdictions. Does Minnesota discipline lawyers? The two issues mentioned were
1. Conviction while a lawyer; and,
2. Holding oneself out as a lawyer while not in good standing.
I've researched and posted about MN discipline before, including going through their annual summary, notably here:
Since it's been brought up a bunch in the thread, and they mentioned it on KinoCasino I figured I'd talk again about potential bar discipline. The tl:dr is he'll likely get suspended but chances are slim to none he'll be disbarred, even if convicted.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility publish an annual summary of disciplinary matters, and between 2020 and 2023 there were only 15 disbarments, and of those 15 only 2 weren't directly related to the practice of law (although one still involved the clients). In fact they explicitly mention cases of people having serious felony charges (more serious than Rackets shit IMO) and that felonies will always trigger disciplinary action, but necessarily disbarment:
and here
It's really probably not. I've covered this a couple of times but Minnesota is very reluctant to disbar people, and almost all of the few they have done of the last few years have been directly related to their law practice, and predominantly from fucking with client funds which is the biggest no-no for lawyers. There have even been a couple of examples of people with arguably more severe crimes than Rekieta (multiple counts of possession of CP or Criminal Sexual Misconduct with a child 13-15yo) who were merely suspended rather than disbarred.

For anyone curious this is a breakdown of disbarments over the last few years in MN, sourced from the annual discipline summaries:
2020 - 3 disbarments
1)bankruptcy fraud
2)prosecutorial misconduct
3)failure to maintain accounts and books

2021 - 4 disbarments
1)misappropriating trust assets
2)misappropriating clients funds
3)practicing law while already suspended for misappropriating client funds
4)conspiracy to commit health care fraud relating to his personal injury practice

2022 - 5 disbarments
1)conspiracy to commit bank fraud to help client hide assets
2)several counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving clients
3)conspiracy to commit health care fraud + misappropriating client funds
4)breaching fiduciary duties by draining client funds
5)misappropriation of client funds

2023 - 3 disbarments
1)misappropriation of client funds and dishonest conduct
2)conspiracy to commit health care fraud relating to his personal injury practice
3)misconduct related to his representation of clients in immigration matters
That analysis was originally done based on his conviction, and predates the LARPing while not licensed he's currently in the shit for. That is arguably more serious, especially since Nick appears to have responded in the most retarded way possible.

I still think straight disbarment is unlikely, but a lengthy suspension that becomes a de-facto disbarment (either because Nick is too retarded to reapply when the time comes, or because he continues to be a retard and they continually just say no) seems plausible at this point.

@East_Clintwood Thanks for the link to your previous analysis. I agree with you insofar as it applies to the conviction. A regular lawyer could easily wiggle out of the conviction issue alone with the appropriate repentance. But the holding oneself out as a lawyer, plus the conviction, plus the response (sometimes described as "being ungovernable") could add up to a more serious problem.

MN has very few disciplinary actions. It sounds though like he's already gotten two. Beating the odds there, Nick.

Nick still makes six figures and pays his own bills.
This is why they had to frantically sell the second house, right?

The Dragon Treasure thing I remember. I think it was when nick and coomalot started shitting on vtubers like Pipkin Pippa that he got mad at nick as vtuber fans were part of his anime bread n butter.
Nick only got worse since then and became a full on cokehead so I can see why.

He offered to "voluntarily" never be a lawyer again in return for them not making formal findings against him.
Rekieta is so desperate to protect his public image. Between this and begging Judge Tvedten to refuse Zoom calls, it is plain as day that Nicholas Robert Rekieta is a giant pussy that can't take the limelight.

He is one of them.

The right-wing thing is just a costume for him
Everything is a costume to him. Look at how he dresses. Look at how it's changed. The only thing that isn't a costume is when his full cuck is exposed. Everything else is just a lying liar who lies.

It may be a controversial take but you probably should never get to the point where you are denying choke slamming your son while on coke.
He didn't deny it. He didn't remember doing it. Also said the chiropractor (that he doesn't see any more) would have banned him if he did that.
