Since it's been brought up a bunch in the thread, and they mentioned it on KinoCasino I figured I'd talk again about potential bar discipline. The tl:dr is he'll likely get suspended but chances are slim to none he'll be disbarred, even if convicted.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility publish an annual summary of disciplinary matters, and between 2020 and 2023 there were only 15 disbarments, and of those 15 only 2 weren't directly related to the practice of law (although one still involved the clients). In fact they explicitly mention cases of people having serious felony charges (more serious than Rackets shit IMO) and that felonies will always trigger disciplinary action, but necessarily disbarment:

"Kent Strunk was suspended for five years for his five felony convictions for possession of child pornography. Felony criminal convictions will always lead to public discipline but do not always lead to disbarment if the convictions are for conduct outside the practice of law."
"Some involved the commission of felony-level criminal conduct outside of the practice of law (which, unlike crimes related to the practice of law, may lead to a lengthy suspension rather than disbarment). For example, John Huberty was suspended for five years for his conviction for attempted criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, where the victim was 13-15 years old and the actor was greater than 24 months older than the victim."

Can a beread burger explain what's going on here? Is the weapon lawful or not?
If you are not a criminal, you have the right to have a gun. If you are a certain class of criminal, you are not allowed to have a gun, and possessing one is an additional crime. If you had a gun as a law abiding citizen, then commit a disqualifying crime, your previously legal gun is now illegal on top of whatever crime you committed to lose said gun.

The month was October when Nick received a package. That packaged contained an item, a cursed item. By accepting the medallion of Sonichu around ones neck, you have submitted yourself to the Goddess Demon Theyselves.

Thanks @Shush for the increasingly relevant edit of this clip.

Edit:

LMAO, just switched to Kino Casino and they are covering this right now. Well and a modern day Spiritualist interpretation of the medallion.

According to the statute he's been charged under:

Ineligible persons.

The following persons shall not be entitled to possess ammunition or a pistol or semiautomatic military-style assault weapon or, except for clause (1), any other firearm:
(10) a person who:
(iii) is an unlawful user of any controlled substance as defined in chapter 152. The use of medical cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid products by a patient enrolled in the registry program or the use of adult-use cannabis flower, adult-use cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products by a person 21 years of age or older does not constitute the unlawful use of a controlled substance under this item;

TL;DR - even a legally-purchased gun becomes illegal the second you get busted with drugs.
You have to deny being a drug user on the 4473 when you buy a firearm. It's illegal to be in possession of a controlled substance and a firearm. Hawaii mailed gun owners on their medical marijuana list that they had to turn in their guns for instance because weed is still federally illegal and they have full gun registration. Most jurisdictions who have decriminalized weed or allow medical use don't bother, but it's still technically illegal.

I swear to god I manifested this. Like two days ago I was reading his thread and thinking to myself "What if this dumb gay retard actually got arrested because his drinking has gotten so out of hand" and sure enough here we are. I was never expecting it to be this bad. How can this retard ever show his face on stream again and be taken seriously after this massive fuck up. Rekieta Bros down so bad.

Dear lord Kayla looks totally wasted in her pic. Nick actually looks better than he has on stream in like a year
I actually did a double take wondering if that was an old picture. It's funny to me because he looks sort of mildly annoyed and not dead inside like April or his wife
