Well, everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. But there's an bit of an minimal amount of knowledge that's required to get to life on your own and using algebra to balance out your bills is a small part of it. Other than that, a lot of math gradually becomes more theoretical up until the off-chance for when you'll actually using it to fix something.What if the person isn't intellectually disabled, yet still sucks at math?
Of course, some people just eventually grow out of it. Others will refuse to recognize the smaller set of fractions and add them the common set. Some will just REEEE about random shit and subsequently prove that they can't be bothered to learn the right things off the web.
