The problem with contemporary female stand-ups is a lot of them are influenced by Amy Schumer and her success on Netflix. Her type of humor became popular and it's simply not that good. Also, Anthony Jeselnik wrote a lot of material for her. There were other female comedians at the time who did better material, like Tammy Peacatelli and Susan Messing, but they didn't explode on Netflix so no one remembers them except for dorks like me.

But I digress.

She's not a comedian, but Lisa Kudrow is hilarious. But she did actually do work in the Groundlings in Los Angeles (and she was friends with Conan O'Brien who was also part of that comedy group.)

Any time someone makes that kind of claim, I'd counter with Lisa Kudrow on Web Therapy:

Unfortunately. I've been watching stand up comedy since my teenage years, it's one of my favorite things. I've seen so many funny women stand up comedians. Someone else mentioned Kathleen Madigan, and God yes, she's hilarious.

Margaret Cho is pretty good, at least the jokes where she impersonated her Korean mother always got me to laugh. Susie Essman (also on Curb Your Enthusiasm) is hilarious, and so is Judy Gold. Elvira Kurt, Sabrina Matthews, Wendy Liebman are great.

Caroline Rhea who was more famous for Sabrina The Teenage Witch has also done stand up and her work was really good. Also, Maria Bamford- but she's had it rough lately. She's still great though. I saw Ali Wong's stand up a while back and she was hilarious.

Also non stand up performers: Julia Louis Dreyfus, Amy Sedaris (if anyone hasn't seen her in Strangers With Candy, they really missed out.) and Nicole Sullivan, Debra Wilson, Jane Curtin (especially Third Rock From The Sun) and Lily Tomlin, especially on Web Therapy.

There, I've listed plenty of women.

All of these complex memes and patterns were invented by the gay bottoms who want to mindrape incels as much as they can (for the purpose of shaping them into their ideal tops and actually raping them etc). When you think you've seen all the depravities manosphere had to offer, you find something worse. To be fair now the incel sphere became so contaminated they only rarely need the divine gay bottom intervention. You can report people to HR for out-of-work conduct if it's egregious enough. Now if you don't feel safe doing that because he would know it was you who did it, that's something to consider.
