I also run into mysterious posting errors sometimes, but just waiting a few minutes fixes it — being banned is an unambiguous state (I've experienced that as well). Will's in a manic episode, so no doubt he thinks Elon is targeting him with soft bans, but the reality is if you post 100 times a day, you're just going to experience the servers shitting themselves sometimes.
