You ignore the fact that Phil pays for business internet. As in, the type of internet plan you'd have at a local business that runs in building data centers that need near 24/7 uptime. This man can do dozens of gigs a second. Update times are not a concern for him.

Not entirely true. He does have business internet, uptime is obviously a necessity for businesses but they're ran on the same lines as residential. Speeds would be similar between the business and residential, you really just pay for an American (during the day, depending on location, Canadian at night) for support and same day on-site visits (where/when possible) I am assuming he hasn't changed his speeds since the the Comcast troll, and it was leaked that he is paying for 500Mbps down and 30Mbps down.

Still doesn't change the fact that he really shouldn't be bitching about starting an update that requires next to no human interaction.

I may be in the minority but I believe that Phil's aversion to women (and his previous over the top horny jokes) and his homosexuality are independent from each other.

Phil always does what he thinks would benefit him the most at that particular moment, and at the time he believed that making jokes about tits was funny and people would think he's a cool manly man (you could say this was a beard but I think it was just him simply wanting to be liked). He then moved into being a mature-style adult who was above other people and being a prude is being better than people who make sex jokes, with that larp beginning around the same time that he was phasing out the horny stuff. Saying dicks and ass isn't a sex joke it's more just toilet humor for him, I don't think it has anything to do with him being gay (but I do think he is gay).

I think Phil is gay because he has only ever shown attraction to men really, wouldn't fuck Pandalee, and projects a lot about homosexuality. He grew up in a time in which it was pretty standard to make fun of the gays and just based on how he is today I'm sure he was incredibly performative about the whole thing. I mean he still accuses people of being gay as an insult these days and I think the piggy doth protest too much. Getting married is another beard for him and he's used that as a defense a few times. No gay man has ever gotten married to a woman to hide their gayness, it has literally never happened at all, not even once by accident.

He is just playing casuals which makes it even worse. Getting Master in SF6 is super easy compared to SF4/SF5 but DSP still uses it as some sort of bragging shit.
