I wonder how much credence the theory about stds and parasites warping human sexuality actually has. Some of it I think can stem from having a bad relationship with the opposite sex ie a poor marriage or a messed up parent.

Like I said before, he's got a nasty habit of trying to combine everything he knows or thinks he knows, conspiracy theories and all, into one giant universal conspiracy to rule them all, and when the data clashes he usually assumes there's even deeper conspiracies rather than him being retarded. He's a living example of spurious correlation, but he does stumble onto the right things at time by a combination of luck and the sheer number of attempts made.

I think the 48 hour role has the exception of visual evidence, although that's becoming moot in the AI era. I remember quite a few things where visual evidence came out immediately and the media spent a long time trying to pretend it was fake before having to concede it was real. One example was during the election fraud during a legal meeting video evidence was presented of the vote counters suddenly pulling out suitcases of votes hidden under the table and the Democrats were immediately trying to declare it debunked despite that being the first time that video was shown.
