Just had a thought: at the end of the day, so far when it comes to mass deportations (70% convicted or charged with crimes in the states) and we know a huge amount of that is gangs. These gangs are also surely losing money due to the border also tightening up. But we aren't seeing gangs target ICE en masse. We aren't seeing them crashing cars, firing weapons, attempting to ambush, etc.
So far it's all (mostly) Karens.
Not even the people at the heel of this policy or taking massive financial losses due to it are the ones kamikazi'ing shit. It's Karens.
These karens are goddamn psychopaths. Crazier than spurned gang members with deathwishes. Crazier than a rabid dog. And they also have everything to lose, and are all ready to lose it all so willingly. Most are probably middle income. Some are parents. And they take all the responsibility, all the "privilege", all the potential future work-yet-to-do and just burn it up, smash it all to bits for the sake of some sick twisted ideology that also demands it from you.
It's so fucking selfish. Not only is it morbid, hateful and ugly, it's made all the more by it's loathsome selfishness.
