I don't remember exactly so correct me if I'm wrong, but did Sam even say we should get rid of the Constitution? You seem to be conflating "The Constitution is weak and cannot be relied on as a shield" with "We should get rid of the Constitution"
He didn't outright say "we need to burn the Constitution" but he insinuated, like you said, that you can't rely on the Constitution and it has to be forgotten which I think glows hard. The fact that people like Alex Jones and many on the right are endorsing it and sharing it without watching the whole thing and it plants a very dangerous seed in the minds of impressionable people, and Sam Hyde is aware that it's a very bad seed to plant in people's heads. He knows what he's doing. It's crazy that someone who literally hated Charlie kirk's guts when he was alive is now using his death to discredit the Constitution, something Charlie kirk would be disgusted with and Sam Hyde knows it.

In my opinion that insinuation is a leap you're making, but you're surely not the only one that would make it so you have a point about it being a dangerous idea to propagate irresponsibly. Sam doesn't really have any business doing this until he gets his own house in order

that's not what he said, he said it's a sheet of paper that only has as much value as the people who are trying to uphold it. that is to say, none.
they keep peddling that we need to up hold muh demonocracy and play by the rules but the system we're in is so warped from what it was 250 years ago that it's not a democracy at all, if the founding fathers were around today they'd probably say something like "you gotta burn this shit down by any means necessary and try again". democracy works but not if you take out all the protections and ideals that it was created under.

Not sure if posted here but a man was arrested in Louisiana with a rifle and many magazines as he was looking for Louisiana Republican AG Liz Murrill. She recently said she would be going after groomers and pedos.

Wew, the tweets with vids of pootel getting questioned are rough. Imagine employing a jeet to run cover for you lmao.

What is this logic that the American Constitution and african constitution are equal and America is the same thing as Africa that people keep spewing?
I'm not saying our Constitution is the equivalent of the African Constitution, Obviously ours is a better and more moral document when actually read as written.

What I'm saying is it only matters what's said in it when both sides agree that what it says matters. when our enemies don't care about what our Constitution says and just twist it to say whatever they want it to say and wield power against us, just saying "well, that's unconstitutional!" does nothing. you might as well be quoting the articles of confederation like a sovereign citizen at that point.

when you're playing monopoly and the other guy is breaking the rules and the banker doesn't care you're never gonna win by following "the rules" because in reality the only rules in politics is whatever you can get away with.

The leftist progressive communists are a dire threat to the constitution have been for a long time. Taking the classic high road position would only guarantee the destruction of the Republic and the constitution as they continue to erod it and replace Americans with foreigners who do not respect the values that founded this country. I have no faith that our systems will save us because they are too entrenched and our only real hope is for someone to come in, take absolute control, purge activist judges, remove corrupted congressmen, void bad laws and SC rulings, add better safeguards to prevent this shit from happening again, then return power back to the Republic.
The Constitution defending you is not "taking the classic high road." The "high road" we all make fun of is politicians and judges ignoring the Constitution. The US Constitution is also not the US "systems" and is instead the strongest tool against those systems as the Constitution primarily limits government, it doesn't enable it. I think we share the sentiment that something severe needs to be done to right the ship but I would argue that the Constitution enables the fix rather than prevents it and it should be used accordingly.
Regardless, it's still true that things would be much worse if the Constitution didn't constantly get in the way of those who hate America and want to destroy it, which is part of its design.

I think it needs to be used as a weapon instead of a shield but politicians are not patriots and are more interested in wealth and power than the greater good and they ignore it as much as possible and should be held accountable.

I appreciate the honest discussion and takes, this is a topic that would be impossible to discuss on most other platforms. If Sam's point was we need to start revering the Constitution more then I would obviously support it but he seemed much more nihilistic towards the Constitution than I see people giving him credit for. I don't think he has any business discussing this kind of shit on his show but it's his right I guess. I just think he's a fucking idiot more than I ever did before. I'm not a fan of insinuating that the Constitution will only turn us into Africa either, he's shifting the blame that should be on the people who represent us to The Constitution itself which could distract from any positive intention he had. Sam Hyde's audience isn't smart and they are very influenced by what he says.
