The Constitution is a powerful thing when people have the will to enforce and follow it. Unfortunately the last 60 years has been evidence that when politicians or the supreme court don't care what it says it is worth less than the paper it's written on.
That's what one would call 'full employment and max #'s If it's real.
So because the leftists and Chinese don't care about the Constitution we should just give in, let them win, and throw the baby out with the bathwater. Stellar logic there.

What is this logic that the American Constitution and african constitution are equal and America is the same thing as Africa that people keep spewing? Thank God the Department of Education was crushed and hopefully these fired teachers celebrating Charlie Kirk's death get replaced by people who will teach Our Constitution and basics such as why America is superior to Africa to stop this mentality from killing this country. We are near the end as it stands and there's some on "the right" that want to just commit suicide.
One thing I always thought was a big reason that I never see these videos mention is the startup costs for the franchise. When someone wants to start a new mcdonalds up, if you mandate they renovate the building to have the steepled mcdonalds roof then they both have to sink a huge pile of money into the renovation work, but they also need to go through the hell of city zoning, ordinances and permits to get it all dealt with, which can take the better part of a year if things go well. Being able to say to potential new franchise owners "Its cheaper because you only need a grey box and some surface level interior work" is appealing, especially since they do actually have to fight a bit over potential new franchisees. Its a competitive field to draw people in to start your restaurant over someone elses.
