The Constitution does not prohibit deporting illegal immigrants in any way, the only complication is the 14th Amendment in relation to Sanctuary Cities but that's a matter of formality. Nothing in the 14th Amendment actually prohibits the government from classifying Sanctuary Cities as illegitimate and any protection granted to these immigrants by these Sanctuary Cities to be null and void.
The leftist progressive communists are a dire threat to the constitution have been for a long time. Taking the classic high road position would only guarantee the destruction of the Republic and the constitution as they continue to erod it and replace Americans with foreigners who do not respect the values that founded this country. I think the changes to the exterior/interior mostly make sense for reasons the video outlines. To add my own thoughts, people now rarely if ever eat in these places anymore for reasons outside of the exteriors/interiors not being particularly pleasant to be in. With the transition to things like uber eats and the kiosk system, these are becoming more like liminal spaces than places you're meant to linger around in, so the value of having the interior dressed up becomes questionable ultimately.
