I don't even believe he gets out of the house once week. Somewhere closer to once a month at this point and that's mainly done just to convince himself he's not a total shut-in. My logic is thus: if he isn't forced into a position where he has to do something he'll never choose to do it casually of his own volition.
Phil could use this to do what he always should have done with Kick. Ignore it outside of subs and use it as his version of Raw Phil where detractors can shitpost. But, I don't know if his ego can tolerate that.
