One of my favorite things to do whenever trump does anything, is search that same topic on google news with the time range set to the year before he won the election.

Here's a search for "maduro" set Jan 1 2024-October 2024
Maduro.webp

Here's a search for "DC CRIME" in the same time range.
DC CRIME (1).webp

I'll let you take a guess as to how these topics are being reported now.

Unfortunately, this Podcast with Vance is kind of bad.

The segments are very short, feeling like it's a lot of people wanting to get their face out there than saying anything interesting.

The gaps between speakers are long, and they are replaying B roll of Kirk speaking at college multiple times.

Vance is doing ok, Miller was pretty good, but everyone else has been kinda boring.

It's not on its face vainglorious, just not interesting or impactful.

They are gassing up Kirk as our guy though, telling us what he said behind the scenes to the administration, and he would of fit in here. Asking why we aren't deporting more people already, going hard against boots on the ground forever wars.

RFK Jr just got on and credited Kirk for the unification move of RFK Jr joining the Trump campaign.

EDIT: Oh ok thank you Vance, he just explained this dogshit segment timing is because of fucking broadcast radio, her just announced that the Livestream would continue with RFK while the radio broadcast cut out.
I thought Tucker's segment was very solid and Vance's closing statements were great as well, probably the best part of the whole thing. I like JD Vance more and more everyday.

I don't know if one can pinpoint a specific year or presidency as to when that became impossible. I think it's been a gradual process as the federal government began assuming more power unto itself, thus leading to national politics becoming more important than they should be. As issues such as abortion and the size of government got taken away from the local level and all became issues of national import, national politics became all consuming and the stakes started becoming too high.

Now that the stakes have all been turned up to 11, much as they were in the 1850s, and where people view national politics and national elections as existential events, coupled with the Internet and SM, political violence has to be expected for anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear.

The lefties began this most recent (Trump era) downward spiral into societal shunning and political violence. They will not be heard now to object when such is visited upon them.
The moment was Obama's re-election. The left bought into meme being pushed by the Nate Silvers of the world that 2012 was the last stand of the straight white male and that demographics were irreversibly on the Democrats side and that their coalition of women, minorities, youth, and gays gave them a super majority to reshape reality as they saw fit.

Bablylon Bee replaced them in the mid 2010s whe theonion was sold to some woke leftist and just became a clone of the kimmels and colberts of nonstop TDS.

ETA wow. I knew this would be big but I think this is going to be one of the most pivotal moments in modern history. It's a bit shocking how big this has gotten, but welcome to see.
