I've been told that it was anyone who replied to HHH.
Completely retarded reason for a whole week ban.
On one hand one user who gets special treatment is a problem. On the other hand why the fuck would you respond to @Hunter Hearst Helmsley's evil twin? I suppose when balancing these facts banning everyone involved for a week is in fact a fair deal.

You see a couple of years ago I would buy that, but that’s to simple for me, like you said they were able to manufacture covid lockdowns and The summer of love, so they absolutely know what they are doing and what they can do, the question is, what are they aiming for this time?
It's the spasmodic motions of a body that doesn't know it's dead yet. Very fitting considering the event the dead party walking is spasming about.

Unfortunately, this Podcast with Vance is kind of bad.

The segments are very short, feeling like it's a lot of people wanting to get their face out there than saying anything interesting.

The gaps between speakers are long, and they are replaying B roll of Kirk speaking at college multiple times.

Vance is doing ok, Miller was pretty good, but everyone else has been kinda boring.

It's not on its face vainglorious, just not interesting or impactful.

They are gassing up Kirk as our guy though, telling us what he said behind the scenes to the administration, and he would of fit in here. Asking why we aren't deporting more people already, going hard against boots on the ground forever wars.

RFK Jr just got on and credited Kirk for the unification move of RFK Jr joining the Trump campaign.

EDIT: Oh ok thank you Vance, he just explained this dogshit segment timing is because of fucking broadcast radio, her just announced that the Livestream would continue with RFK while the radio broadcast cut out.

He doesn't, he believes "grunt" refers to American soldier and not one of the aliens.
The Unggoy deserve to be remembered for their service. They are like little methane breathing pepes who are trying their best. Some of them even reach levels of qualification that let them tag along with Elite spec-ops kill teams as trusted cannon fodder. They should have the shield gauntlets instead of those thieving, piratical, and sadistic Jackals.

Weaponizing somebody's death is not exclusive to any side of the political aisle. The more people get on-stage to cry crocodile tears over this political tool, the more insincere it will appear and the more it will divide people. I understand you can't stop grifters from grifting, yet at the same time this should be something covered by a carefully manicured group of people who emphasize Charlie's exact views aren't the subject of discussion, but rather somebody being shot in cold blood for exercising free speech and trying to speak with people who disagree with him. Although even that's been niggerized into social media slop, where the focus is on sick burnz rather than discussion.

Grunts are the most deadly thing on Legendary difficulty, they constantly keep your shield down and shit out sticky grenades.

Listening to RFK again and how he thought he was being set up for some argument in '21 when he went on Kirk's show but actually had a meaningful conversation, along with what I saw last night, I would hope before he dies he writes a book about how "holy shit I was in an abusive relationship with the democrats for decades because of my name"

Vance is fine as a host because he's basically being the guy confirming the stories being told are correct. It's nothing major, it's a nice sendoff, and I've been hearing rumors or something that Erika is actually pregnant and was going to announce it this week, which, I hope the last week didn't cause her to miscarry if true.

Funny how they want you to take out the Elites first to break squad cohesion but on higher difficulty the best strategy is to isolate the Elites by taking out their grunt chaff.

Perhaps there is a lesson in that.

I don't think the President can just wave his magic wand and unilaterally undo Securities law. At least we should hope the President can't just do that.
The SEC is under the executive branch so that's not enough to undo legislation passed by Congress.
a ton of the reporting requirements are purely regulatory. The SEC derives a lot of its authority from the 1934 and 1933 acts, in particular things like section 13(a) of the 1934 act. Those are very broadly worded, basically saying the SEC can regulate reporting to make it “fair.”

That broadness has allowed the SEC great latitude in creating regulations, but conversely allows the executive great latitude in undoing them as well. I highly suggest you read the relevant law before you start saying Trump may be violating it next time.
The Securities Act of 1934 dictates public companies must file quarterly reports (10Q's). Sarbanes-Oxley went further and made company execs personally liable for the accuracy of those filings (which was then promptly ignored and not enforced but that's another discussion).
10Qs are the product of regulation, nothing in the relevant sections of the 34 act (13(a) and 15(d)) requires the SEC make them quarterly. 13(a) is the only one of those two sections that mentions quarters (15(d) is just periodic), and it is permissive in allowing the SEC to require it.

Yeah, now that I know this format is because it's a broadcast radio program I'm a lot less frustrated at the program. Fuck legacy media.

Miller, RFK, and Vance are the main interesting ones. Rest I'm kinda zoning on. Vance is really good at just talking about it. Would Kirk have been old enough to be his VP in 2028?

Where did I say Trump has violated any law? He hasn't actually done anything yet, only announced vagueries that will do a lot more harm than good if he tries to follow through on.

If the SEC already has the authority to do this thing why would there need to be an EO or any Presidential involvement at all? Just do the thing already, right? What am I missing?
