It's going to be hilarious when war actually breaks out, they'll cry tears of a broken will when faced against any other enemy other than neoconservatives and neoliberals.

The only way it's going to be a civil war is if the military cracks regionally, which I think is somewhat unlikely given how diffuse the political splits are in the US military (the leftist infection is geographically spread everywhere).

I would wager that it will take on more of the form of the Troubles, and even that might be iffy given how easily Americans can sort themselves out (i.e. pedos and leftists moving to Portland, rightwingers moving to Florida).

Overall I think that if a Troubles-like conflict were to emerge, it might be between disobedient leftist states, their State Guards, and the Republican population trapped within them. I.e. I could easily see an attempt to split from California followed by Sacramento sending in the California State Guard, and then being countered by other militias/State Guard if it gets bad enough.

Personally I don't think leftists will play any role in these conflicts (the Reddit batallion in the Ukraine War ate some Russian artillery quickly), and leftists' mode of operation is bombing and assassinations.

For the past decade or more, right-leaning people have been deplatformed, debanked, fired, doxed, unpersoned, and now killed, not for saying nigger, but for expressing even milquetoast ideals or even flat out facts.
